Travelling solo I stayed here for 3 nights and was made to feel welcome right from the start. Russell and Marie were a pleasure to meet and the hotel was recently decorated. Breakfast was delicious and I wouldn't hesitate in recommending you stay here.

My wife and I visited for a 2 day break without the children and the Edwardene was perfect! Amazing full cooked breakfast that kept you fuelled until supper time! Very helpful owners and room was extremely comfortable. Parking was on the street but we always found a close space first time. Plenty of good places for dinner recommended by the...

We have just returned from a 2 night stay, at the Edwardene. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we arrived. As it was late evening, we needed to check in and find somewhere to go for an evening meal. Russel then produced a map of the town and pointed out places that they recommend. We were shown...

We had a great visit. Russell & Marie were excellent hosts -- they are friendly and warm. Marie had very good suggestions about hikes we could do in the area -- she knew which have great views and knew the terrain. Marie also had great restaurant suggestions. Russell was very helpful with helping us decide on the good route from...

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for two nights last week. It is a beautifully malntained place. Lovely food and most helpful and accommodating owners. Highly recommended. It is situated near the town centre and therefore all amenities quite close.

So glad we got to stay our 2 nights at Keswick in this charming old place. A most comfortable, clean and quiet room with a view. The friendly hosts made us most welcome and were always helpful and obliging. The yummy breakfasts were cooked to order and served in a lovely sunny dining room. The sitting room was great too....

Amazing B&B with the best breakfast in England, and close to town and lake. Lovely owners and great rooms. What more could you want? The sitting room was especially appreciated and nice for the family to sit out with and discuss plans for the lovely surroundings.

We were booked here by Rabbies on a 3 day tour of the lake country. We were afraid they might stick us out at some mediocre inn on the motorway. Boy were we wrong! Imagine our shock when we were let off at the Edwardene and met Marie, the lovely owner. In short, this place is near perfect. It is...
