Very nice setting in a scenic valley with nice walks straight from the farm. Very small village. Hosts are a nice couple with 3 children of different ages. The farm is nicely furnished with a lot of good taste. Breakfast is fabulous and you can order with eggs with salmon. Good fruit salad. There is a cosy room to read...

Don't tell anyone else but Littletown Farm is a real hidden gem. It's in an idyllic quiet spot but still in close proximity to Keswick. We stayed in room 8 with our dog and there was a table in the bar/restaurant which allowed her to join us for breakfast and dinner. The remainder of the tables are on a carpet...

A beautiful b and b, rural setting but near to Keswick. Perfect location for cat bells walk as it is literally at the foot of it. Rob was a really good host and Sarah's food is perfect, we stayed for evening meal on sat night, no choice but it was top quality. Breakfasts were large and cooked to perfection. Room...

I loved staying at Littletown Farm so much on a trip to the UK with my mom that my husband and I promptly went back two years later to stay. We love seeing the dogs running around the property and the view of the hills from the farm. The owners, Sarah and Rob, are extremely kind and welcoming, and very...

Ideal spot for walkers. Nice friendly owners Sarah and Rob. Comfortable beds and facilities. Superb views of Cat Bells in an out of the way place in the hills. Rob made our trip out especially memorable by recommending visiting Buttermere lake when leaving. It was a fantastic experience with breathtaking views all the way there and onwards back to Keswick...

Breakfast was to die for, realy great. Good shower, good beds, stunning views. Sarah and Rob were very friendly. The farm is a bit remote, the rooms a bit noisy (thin walls), but we had a great stay. Love te come back.

Popped in here for a cuppa when the heavens opened while out walking. What a little gem, truly wonderful food, nice clean decor. Friendly staff and set in amazing surroundings. We will be back... the cream tea we had was the best we have ever tasted outside Cornwall. Didn't stay here as we here already booked into another B&B but...

Most tourists, and there is a whole LOT of them, literally floods Windermere and Ambleside. Littletown Farm in the Newlands is a perfect base for exploring and enjoying the great outdoors of the Lake District. For a first hike up a fell, nothing beat the Catbells right at the back of Littletown. Easy and absolutely stunning views of both the...

My father, husband and myself spent this weekend at Littletown Farm. We have been before and loved it then too. Rob and Sarah were friendly and welcoming hosts, as soon as we arrived we were offered Tea, coffee and millionaires shortbread in the beautifully decorated, snug living room, beside a cheerful log burning stove. The whole house is spotlessly clean,...
