Returned for a second short visit to this hotel. Perfectly situated in the heart of Keswick town. Centrally situated for visits to all lakes. Very comfortable rooms although as ours was a basic it was rather small and had to move easy chair for access to wardrobe. Lovely modern

they have 4 parking spaces directly at the back of the hotel but you'll be very lucky to get one. You can park at the public car park also directly behind the hotel for £2 per night. You have to get a parking permit from the reception where you have to leave your credit card details in-case you run off with it !
