Wow! We had a fantastic time staying two nights in the Love suite. It was such a beautiful luxurious room, with the comfiest hotel bed and pillows we’ve ever slept on. The owners and staff were all lovely and friendly and we were immediately welcomed and given a glass of Prosecco each. The spa/jacuzzi room was amazing and we loved the relaxing cinema room. Breakfast was delicious and we loved the heart shaped cookies and chocolates left in our room. It is also within walking distance to shops and restaurants in Windermere. When we eventually got back to the hotel on the second night of our stay due to the treacherous weather conditions from the bad snow in the area, Charlie, the wonderful manager kindly helped us clear snow to get our car safely on the driveway. We were extremely grateful. We will definitely return again. We had a wonderful relaxing stay here and would highly recommend it to our friends and family. …

We celebrated our 10 year anniversary in the Sugar Suite and I can not recommend this Hotel enough, it has the most amazing staff who are so friendly, tentative to any of your needs and professional. Upon arrival you are greeted with a glass of prosecco in a warm and cosy sitting area with an open fire. The rooms where immaculate, well decorated and so clean, each day we had rose petals scattered on the bed and in the hot tub area, a lovely touch. The food in the hotel was delicious, coupled with an amazing friendly service. We will definitely be returning to this wonderful Hotel. A massive THANK YOU to all the team for making our 4 night stay so magical. See you all soon

The suite, the welcome, the staff, the location...all superb! We arrived a little early before check-in, but were regardless welcomes with a glass of bubbles and guidance for local restaurants. A really wonderful experience.

We spent a few days in the Honey suite for our mini-moon and had the best time! Staff were all so friendly and laid-back, the hotel really went the extra mile (with sweet little touches in the room) and we absolutely loved the facilities. The hot tub was perfect and the bedding felt so luxurious. It was a tranquil place to stay, we felt so at ease. We had a slight issue one night and staff resolved it promptly and professionally - they also helped out when we managed to leave a few things behind after leaving! :) We absolutely adored this place and are already planning our next trip!

The Windermere Boutique Hotel is beautiful, the spa bath in the room is amazing and the personal hot tub is perfect! The staff are fantastic and cannot do enough for you. This is our second time staying at this hotel. We picked a different room to last time, as we would like to try them all out, and it did not disappoint!

This stay was memorable in every way. Me and my partner enjoyed the room we stayed in very much. The hot tub and steam room facilities were both elegant and excellent. The perfect way to relax after walking in the mountains. The beds were equally as beautiful and comfortable. I had the best night's sleep I had had in a long time. Paired with a delicious complimentary breakfast and a selection of hot drinks it made for a luxury experience. We also had an extra night and stayed in a room with an outdoor hot tub which was absolutely amazing. The perfect way to spend an evening and we never wanted to leave. The staff at the hotel are such a lovely bunch and were ready and willing to help with anything you could possibly need.

My partner and I stayed in the Sweetheart Suite and honestly I wish we had booked for another night. Outdoor hot tub, already heated and ready for use (so clean too!). The bath, water feature and lights added to the aesthetic of the two-floor cottage. Everything was better than expected, even the choice of breakfast was something to look forward to for the morning after - 11/10 would recommend. A great place to escape reality for a bit. We will be back!

We stayed here for 2 nights at the beginning of November. We were made really welcome on arrival and offered a glass of Prosecco. We stayed in the Je T’Adore Suite which was lovely. Lovely attention to detail in the room, chocolates, biscuits, tea/coffee and bottled water and exceptionally clean. Breakfast was really nice with lots of choice. Staff very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We will definitely be back. Thank you

Had a fantastic stay at the windemere boutique hotel for my wife's birthday this weekend. We stayed in the tivoli suite, the room was fantastic, it had a hot tub, spa bath and steam shower and 55inch tv. We had breakfast in bed both mornings, the food was really nice. My wife also had a swedish massage that was done in our suite. The staff were really helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend.
