We stayed Friday till Sunday greeted with friendly staff we were shown around and then treated to afternoon tea which was amazing .breakfast was excellent rooms clean tidy to a high standard highly recommend to stay here thank you to all staff

We had a warm welcome to the Ravensworth and the afternoon tea was fabulous with ( I think) lots of lovely home made items. The room, although a bit on the small side ( room 10) was very nicely decorated, spotlessly clean and had everything we needed along with a few little ' extras' . The TV could be a...

Had a wonderful break is a superb hotel,the staff were all really friendly and helpful.The room was lovely and the chocolates were a nice touch.The location was ideal for walking into windermere or a short drive to most of the lake districts fabulous attractions. The breakfast had a great choice,juice,yoghurts,fruit to a good full english..Coffee was avaiable all day in...

Good position, excellent afternoon tea, well furnished and very clean with a comfortable bedroom and lovely breakfast. Very good value for money. Didn't really use the reception rooms, apart from investigating maps, but they both looked really nice and cosy.

Lovely welcome! Warm and homely atmosphere. Our room was very comfortable and clean, loved the special little touches. Breakfast is beautifully presented and cooked, so much choice. Would love to come back. Lots of information about the area and places to visit
