Very friendly, we only stayed 1 night with no breakfast so literally only slept there. Beds comfy, plenty pillows, room small but adequate for our needs. Extremely clean, and nicely furnished and decorated.

Excellent hotel, nice clean room, very friendly staff, fab breakfast, would highly recommend for families with children,as you don't feel like your children have to stay really quiet unlike some hotel's,the staff are great with kids, really close to all Blackpool's main attractions, and the street was unexpectedly really quit for being so close to all the Attraction's,would definitely stay again *****
