Just spent weekend with friends at this very nice hotel.Stayed 2nights bed and brekky.Although dated in places it's the people who make it and hosts Roger and Denise go out of their way to make sure all is okay.The food is basic english grub but that suited me and our fellow guests.Plenty of choice at brekky.Located 2mins from tower etc,parking...

I have stayed at this hotel many times in the past and with 3 different owners over the years, with family, friends and with a group. I would firstly say the present owners Roger & Denise are very accommodating and nothing is too much trouble, as they want all their guests to have an enjoyable stay. Every time we visit...

Well what can I say, I had an excellent stay, Rooms were very comfortable and well equipped, Roger & Denise have been brilliant Host & Hostess! The breakfast is very tasty, too large for for me, so I ask for the kiddies size :D I will definitely stay there again. Graham

My two friends and I stayed here 4/5th nov, we shared a family room up on the top floor, room was well decorated and very clean, we had a lovely stay and breakfast was lovely too, although tinned tomatoes and mushrooms would have been amazing ;), owners were friendly and we had a lovely time it was my 2nd time...

Their website says they are happy to cater for special diets and that the landlord is a trained chef. I beg to differ. I am surely not the first vegetarian they have encountered but can't believe how little thought was given to me. I stayed four nights - for two of these I was given poor quality microwave meals and...

Very helpful staff,One member of staff even offered to look after our cat at her own home when we visited again. Very handy for shops 1 Minute from the new main shopping mall.very near to the promenade

We arrived on the Friday for a 2 night stay.We were attending The World Championship in The Winter Gardens.The Landlord greeted me and showed me to the room and helped me with the luggage as my husband was busy parking the car.Great family room and lovely and clean with a good size en-suite with a large shower.He seemed very friendly...

we arrived here for a dancing competition at the winter gardens there were over 13 of us including 2 children aged 7. The room was lovely very clean comfortable with ensuite. We had arranged breakfast for 8am as we had to be out early for the competition, we went down at 8am and wasnt catered for until 8.35am. We were...

Couldn't fault this hotel at all. Staff were friendly. Very modern& clean. beautiful new carpet. Room was great, lovely sheets and comfortable bed. LCD tv with free view. Very good size. The only time I have ever got up for breakfast it was great, served fast and was nice, I will in no doubt stop there again.
