I stayed here from the 10th of Feb to the 13th of Feb and was very very pleased at how lovely the owners were and how nice the hotel was!! My room was a single room and it was very nice! Had a nice sized TV, FREE WiFi was great, only a 10 minute walk to the Blackpool Tower,very comfy...

This little hotel is why you stay at a small independent privately owned hotel and not a chain. The care and consideration for their customers goes above and beyond anything expected. The double room we had was spacious, there was enough room for a chest of drawers, bedside tables, a double bed, a chair and a bunk bed. Stayed in this B&B for a long weekend as part of a group of eight. We were greeted by hosts Dave and Kim and made to feel very welcome. Went for our annual 3 days in Blackpool to see illuminations, first time stay at this B&b from the moment of arrival owners where welcoming and helpful, clean lovely rooms comfy beds well stocked with tea coffee and in bathrooms little added extras, breakfast was lovely and hot will definately stay again

2nd visit after 2 years...to see the lights. Enjoyed our first visit but disappointed this time. Hosts were friendly as ever...nothing too much trouble however, the cleanliness of the room left much to be desired. Dirty dusty skirting boards everywhere...even the bedside lamps needed a clean....which we did. Breakfast was also verty mediocre. One slice of bacon which looked like...

Stayed here with friends from work Friday till Sunday. Service was fantastic breakfast was lovely. Nice friendly atmosphere and good value all round. Will definitely stay here again in the future. Thank you for a lovely stay

Stayed in this hotel from 6th to 9th october 2106 .I have stayed in a few places in Blackpool and this place was by far the best .On arrival was met by Dave one of the owners and he was so helpful and friendly ,offered to help us with our bags to our room the room was clean and tidy...

we chose this hotel because it was close to places we was visiting for week end,we arrived to a friendly greeting ,bedroom was a top of hotel ,room was bit small but clean and ,bed was comfortable,lots of little extras i.e. shower gel,shower caps ear plugs although we didnt need them ,hairdryer,teas ,coffee ect,really friendly atmosphere all round,will definatly go...
