Been 3 yrs since our last visit and the standards are still high. Rooms are spotlessly clean and beds made, bins emptied, tea and coffee replenished each morning. The shower takes a bit of working out but Marie was happy to help when we struggled. Breakfast first class with the usual cooked breakfast choices as well as cereal, toast and fruit juice. Just a short walk from the promenade and At Chad's tram stop so about halfway between Pleasure Beach and The Tower. The hosts Marie & Andy are very welcoming and will help with booking tickets for shows and attractions if needed. Highly recommend this home from home B&B for couples and families.

We have just come back from a two night stay at this hotel and would recommend it to everyone, our room was lovely, very clean and nicely decorated, location was great as was the lovely cooked breakfast. The main thing that makes this hotel great are .Marie and her family, they are a lovely family and they make you feel very welcome.thanks for the coffee you made me and thanks to your hubby for saving me twenty pounds by booking my tickets for the pleasure beach.

Me, my husband, little girl, mum and friend stayed here for just the one night and we so wish it had of been longer from the moment we walked in to the moment we left everything this family did for us was just perfect the whole hotel is clean, tidy and very homely, me my husband and child stayed in what has previously been described as a box room with unsafe bed!! Why I don’t know because the room was perfect for us ok it’s not huge but it’s not teeny either also the bed was in no way unsafe. the decor was lovely and my little one loved it, the bunk bed was comfy with fluffy pillows. My mums and friends room was really nice again comfy bed and plenty of space. The breakfast was really nice with a good choice of cereals, full breakfast and toast what I did like was we were asked what we would like on our cooked breakfast rather than just getting everything put on a plate as I’ve experienced in every other b&b iv stayed at. The bar has a good choice of drinks at really reasonable prices. Now onto the family who really are the most lovely caring and down to earth people you could meet from Andy and Marie to there children I felt like I’d known them years rather than just met them they really took the time to come and sit and chat with us ask us about our day etc and just show general interest wich I really like that and also telling us about there day and family etc rather than no conversation with the people you are staying with again as iv always experienced with other hotels we just felt so welcome, relaxed and homely this is there home too and it was a pleasure to share it with them I can certainly see why this place has so many awards because they are very much deserved by this family this has been the best place iv stayed in Blackpool and we can’t wait to come back definitely for longer next time so all il say is book this hotel you will not be disappointed so thank you so much Marie to you and your family. From Fiona, Tony and family
