No heating or hot water in many rooms. Food cold and room pretty squalid, not enough staff in hotel to deal with guests. Staff pleasant but very overworked. Beds clean but rooms very shabby, management know that there's a problem with hot water and heating and pretend that they have fixed it. Guests can help themselves to keys as no... More

Went on a themed weekend. Rooms were clean and tidy. Towels and tea coffee replenished daily. Food wasn't the usual high standard we have experienced before When we informed reception staff we was told they had a new chef. This wasernt really acceptable. One of the meals was cold so had to be swapped. Staff was very apologetic but we... More

What truly horrible place to stay, even more disturbing this was recommended by the travel lodge in blackpool, would like to now say that we will never stop at a travel lodge either. Rooms were dirty, smelly, tired looking, thankfully the beds were somewhat clean although didnt venture under the covers (could have been a different story). Breakfast what a... More

I too had the unfortunate mistake of having to stay at this establishment during conference in Blackpool. The receptionist/manager could not have been less helpful if she'd have tried. As it was a group booking no party members were allowed entry to their rooms until the total bill ( nearly £1200) had been paid in full, in cash. The staff... More

I have been going to Blackpool for 20 years to attend conferences and this was truly the worst hotel experience I have had. On arriving, aside from the staff member at reception being extremely rude, I went to my room to use the bathroom and discovered the previous customer's half used toiletries in the shower. Worse was to come as... More
