We are located at the South Shore opposite the Blackpool Sandcastle Waterpark and The Berkswell is 20 yards from the seafront and 1 minute walk to the Pleasure Beach, South Pier and the Beach. The Berkswell prides itself on a high standard. Your comfort is our priority and we will make every attempt to make your stay enjoyable, with great service and friendliness. We Have single, doubles. twins and family rooms. We are rated Enjoy England three star guest accommodation, and offer many of the facilities of a hotel. So if you are looking for Blackpool Hotels or Guest Houses with accreditation give us a try. Families, couples and singles are welcome, we do not accept stag, hen parties. Enjoy meeting other guests and making new friends over a drink in our fully licensed and cosy bar. The bar is well stocked with a good choice of wines, beers and spirits.

Have just stayed for 8 weeks at the Berkswell Apartments in Blackpool. Everything amazing and our hostess Denise and family were lovely. Excellent location behind the Velvet Coaster. Apartment was spotless everything we needed was provided and we are booking for December/January 2023/2024. Thank you once again Denise and family xxx

Lovely welcoming hosts.Excellent location, 2 minutes from tram stop,5 minutes from pleasure beach. Phills breakfast was amazing and plenty choice. The black pudding was the nicest we have ever tasted.Nice garden area at the front to sit in the sun and have a glass of wine. Real value for money.Phil & Teresa are a lovely couple

Just back from a lovely 8 night stay at this great hotel Phil & Teresa are a really nice couple that bend over backwards to help if you require anything , rooms are spotless comfortable beds nice toiletries , tea,coffee & milk in rooms , a great breakfast yogurt , cereal toast jam & marmalade not forgetting Phil's cooked breakfast wow love the black pudding , back again the end of October & already booked for 3 holidays next year , also thank you to Christine for looking after us not forgetting the dogs , thank you all so much

Well situated hotel with kind owners. Vegan options are available upon request for breakfast, things like vegan sausages and bacon. Breakfast also tasted great and was always made on time so you weren't waiting around. TVs have free channels but also allow you to log into netflix, prime video, and a couple of other services of which I forget now. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet at night. Rooms are cleaned daily, free wifi available upon request. Would return.

Nice room,on the small side,for the bathroom,good breakfast ,room smelled of smoke which wasn’t nice when your not used to the smell,very good location, the room was hot at times,the owner wouldn’t provide a fan so hat to buy one,went to pop and rock show on central peir would defo recommend to see

Just back from 8 nights at this wonderful hotel first time we have been to this hotel & it's so nice & homely the owners Phil and Teresa are wonderful nothing is too much trouble if you require anything very good breakfast ample choice , good parking for the car , the rooms are really comfortable with everything you need tea , coffee & a really comfortable bed , back again the end of October & have already booked for next year ,thank you Phil & Teresa for a wonderful holiday from the 3 of us PS I love the dogs

Got the Berkswell hotel as a last minute for our anniversary weekend get away and when we got here we were welcomed by Phil who went the extra mile to help us have an enjoyable stay and breakfast was excellent and no trouble at all if you needed anything, will be back and we would recommend this hotel any day of the week compared to other hotels in Blackpool
