My friend is awaiting a call back still after she phoned them Wednesday. They have taken too much money for a room she booked in July. Eddie please return the call or just refund the full amount and she will book elsewhere

If you paid by card just go to the bank and do a chargeback, tell them he charged more to the card than you agreed to. It's not worth the abuse, profanity and threats, trying to deal with him face to face
