We offer studio and one bedroom self catering apartments for families and couples coming to Blackpool. Situated on Blackpool's North shore ideally positioned for local shops and restaurants. Tram & bus stops are just 70 yards away. We are just a short stroll from the beach and located next to 2 parks that are ideal for evening strolls and dog walking. All our apartments have fully equipped kitchens and all rooms have central heating. Bed linen is provided. Free onsite parking available.

Only stayed for 2 nights. Wayne and Eva couldn't do enough for you. The apartment was very clean, spacious had everything you would need. Highly recommend. 2 minute walk to nearest tram stop if you wanted to leave your car at the apartment which has it's own carpark.

Once again thanks Wayne and Eva for an excellent stay. Home from home.Great place to stay for nice relaxing holiday.Cleanliness.. Excellent. Wayne and Eva work so hard to keep everything clean and are so helpful..you both should be proud of what you have achieved.will be booking again definitely. Comfy beds. Tram stop near by. Convenience store nearby. At the quieter end of Blackpool,near Bispham.

Been here around 8 times now. Wayne and Eva work so hard. Clean and comfortable.we like room 1 ,large living space and comfy bed. Tram stop outside,which is handy . Love it here , wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool.Thanks Wayne and Eva , hopefully see you in September.love Steph and Bri

Lovely and clean, bed was so comfortable and the apartment had everything you needed for a short stay, we will definitely be back. The big benefit for us was it being dog friendly and there was plenty of room for us all.

We stayed in apartment 9 for the half term week in October with our 2 grandchildren. The apartment was well kept, comfortable and clean. Wayne was most welcoming and really helpful. Was only a short walk to the tram stop and bus stop. We would recommend Beachcliff to anyone wanting a comfortable stay in Blackpool.

Stayed here for two nights on our way home from Wales. Text the morning of our day of arrival to let the hosts know when we'd arrive and got a prompt, polite response advising us of how to check in. We did get parked when we got there in their wee car park at back of apartments which was lucky as parking in the area is really at a premium! We were shown to our apartment by Wayne who was really friendly and helpful and left us to get settled in. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean - one of the cleanest places I have stayed in! There was everything you could possibly need, including towels and a tea towel for drying dishes. Lovely touch with the tea, coffee and hot choc and biscuits on arrival! The bed was extremely comfortable - one of the best i've stayed in again! The shower was also great. The sofa was my only tiny little snag - it could be a bit more comfortable but I think it's just coming to the end of its life! Didn't effect our stay though as we weren't in much. Overall, we would not hesitate to stay here when in Blackpool again. If you are looking for comfortable, clean self catering with lovely hosts (and off street parking!) then this is your place!…

Great booking process and communication throughout. The owners were there to meet us. The location is fabulous, in the nice quiet end of town and just 2 minutes from the tram stop. We had apartment 6 for the 4 of us. It was lovely and spacious, very well equipped and spotlessly clean. My one small niggle was that there was no hanging space in the double bedroom, perhaps a small rail could be added? The kitchen is very well equipped and the shower was lovely. We were able to leave our bags the following day which was a real help. The private garden is a nice touch with this apartment and was very welcome on a warm weekend. Lovely owners who will do anything possible for you. I would definitely return again. Thank you for a great stay.

Had a fantastic 4 night break with my wife and dog Alfie. The owners are lovely and the apartment was fantastic and spotless couldn't ask for any more. The first 2 days was when we had the red weather warning and the morning of the 19th july Wayne phoned my mobile to make sure we we're ok as it was really hot weather. Would definitely recommend the Beachcliffe. We will definitely be back to the Beachcliffe

Just returned from a family trip and was impressed with the room . Ideal location and pet friendly and our dog loved it . Found it very clean and nice and quiet which is what we wanted . Informed Wayne that a bulb went out in the toilet as we were heading into town and he had it replaced by the time we got back which was good to see. Highly recommend and will definitely be back in the future .Donna and Michael

We have been to Beachcliffe several times now. We love it here. Wayne and Eva are so nice, friendly and helpful. They work so hard. The apartments are so clean, cosy and home from home. We already booked again for August. We won't stay anywhere else when we visit Blackpool. Thanks again Wayne and Eva, see you in August. Steph and Brian
