Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Lovely hotel :) there was 5 of us ( 2 adults and 3 children ( 16, 15 and 7) we had 2 rooms. Although our 2 rooms were at the very top it burned the calories off after we had breakfast lol, but late at night when your tired its hard getting up there :) We had the newly refurbished room ( no.33) the beds were so comfortable at rhe shower was very nice. The breakfast had to be ordered before sitting at the table, which is good because you know its cooked fresh. The location was very good, about a 5 minute walk to the front and at the bottom of the street was a convenience store and a Morrisons. Would definitely stay here again.

Superb 2 nights. Booked 4 rooms for 12 people. All rooms spotless. Owners were a delight to deal with. The lady serving breakfast needs a huge congratulations, she was brilliant. The retro computer game tables went down a storm with the kids, as did the pool table..

Nice room layout for 2 adults and 2 children, Only downfalls was the bed was very lumpy and the toilet was loose. Our room was in the attic so alot of stairs and also the ceiling window didn't have a blind so as soon as its morning the light wakes you up. Breakfast was good and location was great.

We visited Blackpool as a family and after booking I was taken ill and have mobility issues. John and Robbie were so helpful, enabling us to still be able to visit and not have to cancel our trip. They helped by accomodating my wheelchair and moving us to a lower floor so less steps with my stick. The room was small but well equipped, with comfy beds and nice quality bedding and pillows. Tea and coffee making facilities really helped with me needing to rest a lot of the time and the TV was well received by the children. The shower was lovely and powerful. The boys loved the games room and it was a bonus to have a bar to enjoy a drink at the end of a busy day. The breakfast was superb and Crystal was a fabulous host at breakfast time. We felt very relaxed and welcomed and would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you 😊

The owners and staff are extremely professional and helpful and nothing is too much trouble. The breakfast is well cooked and substantial. The hotel is very clean and the excellent cleaning standards apply throughout the hotel. The bed was extremely comfortable and the rooms were exceptionally clean. if you want a hotel with very high standards of cleanliness and service then I cant recommend this enough. It is ideally located for all the shops, theatres, tower and winter gardens all within a few minutes walk.
