Went to new mayfair for st Paddy,s weekend had a great time as usual the safe very freindly and helpffull room very spacious for a wheechair only problems not enough sockets for me medical equopment but i manage . I supported a gentleman to this hotel for a holiday and he loved every minute of it. It was an xmas themed week and there was even a visit from santa which was a highlight for him. A group of 8 of us have just returned from this hotel and will not be back. Meals were always cold and not very good portion size. Staff were nice enough but few and far between. The rooms were not cleaned during our 3 day stay , beds never made. Showers were always cold and nowhere to put toiletries ,...

I attended a 5 day holiday with another 2 staff and 2 tenants we had 2 rooms 304 which was a twin room with en suite and suite 4 which had 2 profiling beds and 3 single beds also 2 en suite shower rooms, the hotel location was in a good position and not far from harrow place tram stop...

Just returned home after a very enjoyable stay at this hotel. There were three of us, 2 carers and a client. The suite we had was very spacious for the wheelchair, cleaned to a high standard with a lovely sea view. The staff are terrific and nothing is too much trouble for them, the food is also excellent and plenty...

Visited with a client and another support worker for a weekend break. We were put on the first floor and the first thing we realised there was no evacuchair at the top of the stairs for an emergency exit, which we assumed would have been there.
