Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great 2 night stay everything was perfect. Very comfy bed good breakfast. Lots of small thoughtful touches like fresh milk in the fridge. And a small goodie bag on checkout. Couldn't have asked for anymore. Would definitely stay again.

Stayed here for 1 night to watch a show. The bed was comfy and large. A good sea view. Not too far from the centre. Plenty of choice for breakfast. A very friendly host. A nice touch with a gift bag on leaving.

Family of three staying for 1 night in Blackpool attending the tower ballroom for Daughters competitive cheerleading competition. Check in at the hotel is from 3 but we needed to be at tower for 2. Spoke to Stewart before visit and he allowed us to check in early no problem and at no extra charge. Was so accomodating. Due to mix up with pre booked parking, Stewart also moved his car off street so I could park mine and he refunded my parking charge. This was above and beyond and again so accommodating. Warm welcome received, offered to help with luggage and showed us to our room. The room was huge! For a B&B in Blackpool (and I’ve stayed in a few) this was hugely beyond our expectations. Huge wardrobe, vanity desk, own fridge, king size bed and bunks all spotlessly clean. En suite also huge with all your expected facilities and more. Included in room was tea, coffee, hot chocolate, no tiny biscuits but instead full sized wagon wheels, (I didn’t realise you could still get these)!! Fresh milk in the fridge and loved this, so many times you end up with yukky UHT but not here, what a treat the fresh milk was. There was hair dryer, microwave, huge flatscreen tv, a fan (didn’t use as was 9 degrees outside and room nice and toasty. Fluffy towels, nice toiletries. Not little fiddly things but dispensable ones on the walls in bathroom. Breakfast! Can’t fault it, it had almost everything. Hot and cold and even given goody bag to take out for the day. Thank you for our stay. Effortless and perfect. Pleasure to meet Stewart. Such a nice guy. Showed genuine interest and couldn’t have done more to make our stay. We will be back soon.

Everything about this b&b was prefect, we have stayed at a lot of b&b’s in Blackpool before but this one stands out as the best, couldn’t fault it. We will we’re here as a couple for a show at winter gardens but will definitely be returning next year with the kids when we come see the lights.

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we could not fault anything. Lovely family room, provided all we might need including more than generous supplies of tea, coffee and biscuits. We would definitely recommend this place. Stewart was welcoming and helpful with advice about Blackpool.
