Situated near Gynn square, which allows less congested road access from Blackpool North. Welcomed by Brian and Lorraine and a cup of tea with biscuits in the lounge. Just returned from a weekend spent at this hotel this bring our second visit.Once again Bryan and Lorraine were excellent hosts,welcoming cup of tea and biscuits,spotless clean room with tea making facilities and excellent breakfast.Nothing is too much trouble for them would have no hesitation in recommending this accommodation to anyone,plus bonus of parking facility. I last stayed at this hotel some two years ago, and as I was so satisfied on that occasion I decided to stay again. Once we arrived both host where extremely welcoming and offered to carry our bags and get us a tea or coffee. The room was spacious and looked extremely clean. Breakfast was fantastic and I would recommend this great bnb to anyone.

We stayed at the beechcliff for one night on 10 September. Absolutely outstanging visit. Host were extremely welcoming and attentive. Cleanliness was 10/10. Breakfast was fantastic. Will definitely be staying here again x

A lovely warm and welcoming place. We will all be booking in again The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean Bryan and Lorraine where very welcoming and gave help and advice on sights to see and things to do Breakfast was lovely I'd recommend a stay

We have been lucky enough to stay at the beechcliffe for four nights while we took in the sights of Blackpool and it's truly stunning illuminations. The best illuminations are situated within walking distance of the beechcliffe.
