Only stayed one night but we were made very welcome. Small basic room but clean with tv, en suite and tea making facilities. The breakfast was lovely. At £23 each this was great value! Only ten mins walk from tower as well. Will definitely go back

Just Spent Friday and Saturday at Uncle Brians Hotel Absolutely Just The Best Very Friendly Very Welcoming Would not Hesitate to book again Thanks to Brian and Ken be seeing you soon Malcolm and Lesley

Amazing rooms and atmosphere was great, so much to do and great value. Ideal for everything I wanted! I love everything about this hotel, good comfy bed. I will certainly be staying here again. Definitely recommend!

Brian made us feel very welcome and this is the third time we have booked an overnight stay. nice clean basic room with tea making facility which was very welcome. Had to fill in a breakfast form on arrival and the choice is very good. A very nice breakfast to set us up for the day served attentively by Ryan...

Cheap and cheerful budget hotel in the heart of Blackpool. Central location, Ideal for everything I wanted. Ryan , who serves breakfast is an absolute star, was very welcoming and made us feel at home.

This is the dirty est hotel I have ever had the misfortune to stay in booked for 2 nights stayed one looks nothing like picture in Internet uncle Brian looks dirty was pubic hairs in the shower and excrement on the toilet I asked for bleach he had none says it all was a no smoking room stink of gags...

Well I think that she has been watching too much 4 in a bed. There is a notice in the window says look and book. She did not ask me for bleach she sent her partner to ask for air freshener. If the hotel was not what she wanted she should have said so and had her money back not...

Lovely stay. Fantastic breakfast by Ryan we can't fault anything. Offered to choose are own room, everything we needed. Thankyou again Brain,Ryan and Billy for my birthday card xx see you all in August xxx

A small group from work go to Blackpool the first and last bank holiday every year. Always stay at uncle Brian's. Very friendly and a 30 second walk from the night life. Breakfast is always good. Prices are very good value for money. Would never say anywhere else
