I stayed here for the Rebellion Festival at the Winter Gardens, and this hotel was right opposite the venue :-) The price was very reasonable compared to some of the other hotels in the same street and included breakfast. Fran and Trev were extremely welcoming and always had a smile for you. The décor was a little dated but the...

stayed at this hotel three times in 2009 with my mum and 13year old daughter. found this hotel clean and friendly. good value for money for the few days we stayed. respected the fact they didnt let just anyone in, felt safe as a result. would like to be able to get in touch with them by phone to book...

Run by 2 very rude people, Fran and Trev. (Trev really dislikes children, by his attitude towards ours) We had booked a long weekend stay for 3 nights.
