This guest house is up a quiet side street off the golden mile and a couple of minutes walk to the Pleasure beach and Sandcastle water park. Wendy was welcoming and helpful. Our room was at the top and had everything we needed for an overnight stay. The room was not big but clean and fresh with a small en...

I have been staying at the Holmeleigh for several years, mainly during the winter, when it can be a bit too windy in my van. This hotel has a lovely new owner, Wendy. I hope to stay at this quiet and well managed little gem soon.

Just spent a night over the weekend at this B&B with the family to see the illuminations. We received a warm welcome for the host when we arrived. Nothing was too much trouble during our stay. The price compared with everywhere else this time of year was fantastic. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The accommodation was clean and adequate and...

Booked this a while back for myself and my partner as our last little break before we have our baby. Wendy the owner was so lovely, as im 8 months pregnant she changed our room last minute to a lower floor. We were allowed to come down earlier and park at the back. Parking is tight but its safe and...

I have graded as 3/5 based on the owner. Wendy is fab and very hospitable so a 2 grading would be harsh. It is very tired and I'm afraid not clean in the room. We found sweet wrappers from Previous guests, there was a lot of dust and dirt and the toilet fittings and brush were very dirty. The family...

Only booked this hotel 1 day before our arrival as a last minute family get-away. After searching various websites, I found this Hotel at a very reasonable price so did some research on Trip Advisor to see if it would be suitable for our needs (family room, parking, wifi, location). I went ahead and booked the hotel after reading the...

Lovely welcome from Wendy who helped us get parked, which is around the back and a bit of a squeeze but does the job rather than paying some of the ridiculous prices around Blackpool. If like us, you are wanting to have two full days though you can only leave your car here from check-in to check-out. Slightly annoyed at...

We struggled to get a room in Blackpool as everywhere was totally booked up,we tried the homeliegh and Wendy who owns it told us that she was fully booked and that she would call us if anything became available, so we booked somewhere else in the meantime, which by the way the owner took advantage of our situation and was...
