we start at the top, room 5 was spacious the bed was clean ,very comfortable. The en suite was very clean and tidy the shower was very relaxing. The room was a nice size. It was clean and comfortable. The owners (husband and wife) where very friendly. They made sure we had enough food at breakfast and chatted to us like they had known us for years. We will definitely be staying here again. Highly recommended. another excellent weekend enjoyed at the Waverley. breakfast great, bar well stocked, accommodation spotless and a great host and hostess in steve and coleen. early morning coffee at 7.30 was never a bother to coleen

Highly recommended. So rare to meet such nice hosts.arrived and made to feel so welcome. Great room and very clean couldn't find any faults.breakfast was good and again made to feel welcome when coming down in the morning. when I'm back in Blackpool definitely staying here again.

Stayed here for two nights Friday to Sunday... Coleen and Steve was very friendly and welcoming... The rooms are extremely clean and lovely decorated, bed very comfy too. Breakfast was yummy - definitely set you up for the day. Good location and the parking is also a bonus! Also has a well stocked bar. I would definitely stay here again...
