I like everything about this hotel. Lots of parking, Starbucks for a quick coffee, the best leisure facilities, lovely rooms, friendly staff, good food, very well run hotel,good sized bed, clean bedrooms, everything you want

Having read previous reviews I was a little worried as to what to expect, especially with young children. We stayed for 2 nights and found everything to be excellent. The family room was generously sized with what looked like newly decorated bathroom. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast was warm, plentiful and fresh....

Welcoming hotel in lovely surroundings - staff friendly - rooms clean and had lots of Room - easy to work in as had lots of power points for laptop and phone charging. As a female travelling alone its nice o stay in a hotel where I feel safe and happy to eat in the bar or restaurant

One night overnight stay at Cinference. Food was excellent with a very customer oriented chap called Chris.....top man. Check in was very easy self service. Room was fine ( if perhaps a little dated) Sky TV and IPad charger. No hair dryers apparently but I didn't need one. Lunch and Dinner excellent- my gluten free coeliac fully sorted. Impersonal. Especially electronic check in. Not much interaction with staff. Waited 45 mins for evening meal when more staff than customers, so walked out. Kettle handle got hot. Poor value for money.
