Fantastic hotel , owned by a lovely couple , staff very polite and helpful , spotlessly clean, great breakfast. Quiet stretch of the promenade. Lucky enough to get a sea view and will definitely be going back.

We have just stayed at the Rutland hotel for the second time and it is still a great hotel. We stayed for 2 nights 19th /20th November. The room was very clean and had complimentary tea and coffee in our room, the breakfast was fantastic and came with the usual high standard of food. We will be staying again when...

Weekend visit to the venue only a few yards away. I certainly fell on my feet when I booked this hotel. The owner met me with a real warm welcome and even upgraded me from single to double. The room had everything you need and more. Little additions that make your stay just that little bit special. Breakfast was in...

I like the north end of Blackpool, and booked here on a whim, and because it was cheaper than the one I normally stay at. I. Will. Be. Back. First of all Adrian was very kind, and sorted out the fact that I'd booked for Saturday/Sunday but actually wanted Friday/Saturday, without fuss. Then we were later than arranged, because of...

Traffic / tram noise is minimal ,and should not be taken into the equation.Wifi is fine in 8, but can be "Iffy" elsewhere apparently, check with owners if it is...

This was our fourth time we have stayed at the Rutland hotel, and must say although the hotel has been redecorated and updated, the homely friendly atmosphere continues. The hotel owners continue to be very kind and friendly and happy to help. The breakfast is of a very high standard. The rooms are very clean, tidy and spacious, with all...

This is a family run hotel which is very well decorated and spotlessly clean. Our stay included breakfast with a good variety to choose from and cooked to perfection. The staff are polite and you get service with a smile. There is a well stocked bar with pool table and sky TV situated on the first floor with wonderful sea...

Booked this Hotel for two rooms and two nights with our friends after reading some good reviews on the Hotel. We arrived in the afternoon and the Landlady made us most welcome and ensured we had free parking for our car right outside the Hotel for the duration of our stay. Our room was high up in the building but...
