Just got home from a one night stay here with my daughter and partner. We have really enjoyed our stay and have all agreed it was the nicest place we have stayed when visiting Blackpool (and we’ve been a fair few times). The place is lovely, really clean and furnished really well. Staff/Owners were so friendly and helpful, we had a problem with our payment (went out our end, didn’t receive their end) and the guy there sorry didn’t get your name! Was just great about it all.

The room was very clean bedding spotless and bathroom smelled so fresh. It comes with the territory with blackpool if you want to be close to the centre it’s more than likely going to be one of the terraced houses on the streets close by so although the room wasn’t massive we didn’t feel cramped and the decor was lovely. We told the staff beforehand we were coming for our daughters birthday and they decorated the room with balloons and banners at NO cost which we thought was so lovely and also provided a cake at a small cost. Really nice touch!

Breakfast was really Fantastic really good quality ingredients and lots of choice including croissants, breads, meats, cheeses, cereals, full English and eggs benedict! Fresh lilies at the breakfast table were gorgeous. Again the guy serving was so friendly and lovely just really made a difference to some places we have stayed before!

Location is excellent couldn’t ask for more close to everything.

We paid £90 for the night for the 3 of us including breakfast and although we could of got the same size room for £60/70 everything about this place was worth paying that little more that we haven’t had previously when staying in Blackpool and we wouldn’t hesitate to return. Loved it!

We have just returned from a short break in Blackpool 3 grandchildren 2 parents and 2 grandparents. I can only say that despite a few issues not related to the hotel the standard at Bradbury's is far above the price you pay. Bedrooms are more than you find at much more expensive establishments and the breakfast, oh my god you get a fantastic choice of both continental and cooked.Matty is a fantastic host and nothing is too much trouble ,you even get kitkats with the coffee tray. All in all with the central location Bradbury's is a fantastic find in a town with so many hotels and just to say the evening meals also available are well above the standards found in many restaurants. Would we go back : in a heartbeat but only if Matty is there.

I spent 2 nights here with my partner on 7th & 8th September. We were welcomed by Matt with a pot of tea on arrival which was a nice gesture after a long journey there. It is approximately a 5 minute max walk to the beach front with the piers, bars and cafes and very close to a nice shopping centre and the Tower itself.

There are 9 guest bedrooms at the property run by Matt, Glenis & Helen. Throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble for any of them. Although they must be very busy running their establishment they always had time to have a little chat with guests whilst never being intrusive. Perfect hosts in fact.

The dining area is very attractive and the breakfasts included in the price of the stay were generously portioned, beautifully presented and delicious. There is the option of having dinner here too which we did both nights. The prices were approx £10 for 2 courses and £12 for 3 courses. Again the portions were generous, plenty of choice, nicely presented and the food was really lovely. Not sure how they make any profit!

I would recommend this place for convenience of location to all attractions, the food served here, the cleanliness and the lovely, friendly and helpful people who run it.

With so many hotels B&B’s in Blackpool it is hard from a distance to chose one but I’d definitely suggest try Bradburys; I think you’ll be pleased; we were.

Stayed here last month for the weekend. Stayed here with my 2 cousins and auntie and stayed in a double room. Matt and the team we’re very friendly and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Rooms were spotless and had lots of facilities. Beds were very comfortable too! Matt asked us if we needed any more tea/coffee/milk etc in our room and also asked if we needed fresh towels too. Breakfast menu was fantastic!! We all thoroughly enjoyed our breakfasts over the weekend. I would definitely recommend Bradburys of Blackpool, and will definitely be returning!
Thanks again!

Without a doubt the best B&B we have stayed in. Matt and Clive are exceptional hosts. We arrived on a very wet and windy afternoon to a warm greeting and fresh coffee. The rooms are spotless and the little extras of bottled water and chocolate in the rooms were a lovely touch. The breakfast was truly amazing with the best fried bread we have ever had. They also made our daughter feel welcome, so much so that shes already planning our next trip! We had a lovely meal on our second night, were planning on the 3 course but after starters and main we were sadly too full to try the cheesecake! The customer service is second to none and you can see how much Matt and Clive go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. We'll be returning very soon!

We have stayed in Blackpool a few times and always been a little disappointed with the standard of establishment we have chosen, be not here, with a beautiful clean spacious friendly welcome we found the best. Bradburys is a step up from usual accommodation you find in Blackpool, it’s Central to all attractions with the winter garden and tower on the door step, the sea 2 minutes walk and car park 1 minute walk away it is a winner in our book. The owners were eager to please and went above and beyond what we expected with Every thing from breakfast, beautiful evening meals to more clean white fluffy towels. I cannot find fault with this hotel and find it value for money, we have already planned to go back and are eagerly looking forward to it.

We came across this hotel on Facebook. After staying in numerous hotels in Blackpool we gave it a try. What a gem. We stayed two nights during storm Ciara and can safely say that there was no wind blowing through the windows!!
Less than two minute walk to Coral island and the town. On arriving and being greeted by a friendly man called Matt we were shown to our room,(asked if we needed help with the bags) after being offered tea or coffee, we were pleasantly surprised. The room decor is fabulous and throughout the hotel. Nice and clean rooms and clean bathrooms. The beds are really comfortable and smell really fresh. Breakfast was amazing. A great choice of cereals and fruits, pastries, continental and yoghurt along with a breakfast menu. The lounge is really comfortable and you feel really relaxed with the hosts. The bar menu has a good choice too.
Matt, Clive and Mum are excellent at what they do and will do everything they can for you. They are genuine, friendly and just really lovely people. Plenty of conversations and chit chat. Just a really pleasant place to stay.
Ooh, the chips were amazing. Keep doing what you are doing :)

My husband & myself stayed at this wonderful friendly hotel for 4 nights starting from 5/7/21
On our arrival Matt introduced himself & offered us a tea or coffee which was a lovely gesture .

We were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean it had an exceptional hostess tray in it including filtered coffee with a cafetière , kettle , chocolate bars & crisps , room was very well equipped with everything you could possibly need for your stay
Shower was amazing very powerful and always plenty of hot water

We were there on an offer which included dinner on one night so we stayed in & had the most wonderful home cooked meal it was presented exceptionally well with very hearty portions & the same is to be said for the amazing breakfasts we had each morning with a wide array of options .

Matt unfortunately was taken ill ( we wish him a speedy recovery & very best wishes ) on our second day but the lovely friendly Helen looked after us so well with the help of Glynis ( matts mum ) and the cheery singing waitress Catherine whom we saw at breakfast .

We decided to have another meal one night in the hotel & it was again faultless The prices are very reasonable indeed .

It’s a shame we didn’t get to see more of Matt as he had a lovely warm natured personality with a good sense of humour & his team are an absolute credit to him .

Hope to see you all again soon & thank you for a wonderful stay 😊

Carolyn & Sandy ( room 6 )

My husband and I had a wonderful weekend stay at Bradbury’s.
The room we stayed in was very small but had absolutely everything you would need for a comfortable stay.
There was toiletries in the bathroom and they even had kitkats and walkers crisps on the tea and coffee tray 😁
As it was a super hot weekend I was made up to see the staff had already put a fan in the room, how fantastic.
We booked the room with a groupon deal so it included a 3 course meal 😋😋
I had the steak as my main and it was absolutely delicious, just melted in the mouth.
I was really looking forward to breakfast after that meal and I can tell you I wasn’t disappointed 🤤🤤.
Helen and all the staff were super friendly and very helpful.
I would definitely recommend this place and hopefully we’ll see you again soon xxx

No, but it’s only a 1 minute walk from the central car-park which is pretty reasonable price wise. If you park at the joke shop end of the car-park it’s literally opposite the road the B&B is on.
