Travellers' Choice
Looking for somewhere amazing? Somewhere that’s clean, and welcoming? Somewhere with fabulous rooms, and a great atmosphere? Then look no further as the Mercury is the place to stay. Take a look at our photos and reviews then remember to book via our own secure website for the best available rates that travel sites cannot match. Featured on Bargain Loving Brits in Blackpool, we are adults only (sorry kids) and pride ourselves on being different without compromising quality. There is music memorabilia throughout, and the bar has a 50’s style jukebox. If you’re fellow music lovers, then this is the place to stay. Our eight ensuite rooms are individually themed and take you from London to New York (via Paris & Vegas) each with a quality bed, TV, toiletries, towels, hair dryer and kettle as standard. Our junior suites offer a lot more room for just a little more money (see room descriptions for full details). Situated between the South and Central Piers, we are yards from the promenade, bus/tram stops and a short walk to the Pleasure Beach, Winter Gardens, Grand Theatre and Blackpool Tower. Bruno and CoCo the very friendly rescue dogs are residents here therefore we do not take other pets. They are not present in the dining room during breakfast, and are never allowed near bedrooms.

After 3 cancelled bookings I finally managed a 3 night stay at this lovely family run hotel in October '21. I was made to feel welcome from the very first minute, it was very clean and comfortable with wonderful, interesting decor and I instantly felt at home. My room was fully kitted out with all amenities and was scrupulously clean and the complementary breakfasts were all freshly cooked and delicious. Debs and Ant were perfect hosts and I genuinely can't wait to return 😊

Another great stay, rooms are spacious and well equipped and the owners and dogs are lovely and friendly. The breakfast was 10/10 every morning served hot and quickly and service was spot on. Location is perfect for us, in the middle of the main attractions on the promenade, The Mercury is our first choice b&b in Blackpool, thanks for having us.

Stayed here for a couple of nights in October half term with some friends. Between us had the London Room and the Beetles themed room. The dressing room areas is a bonus. Both rooms a good size, clean and everything you need. Comfortable beds. Excellent breakfast and friendly owners. Well located with everything in walking distance. Found the location quiet which is great. Would return here again if staying in Blackpool again.
