This was my second stay [April 26th to 28th] and I remembered why I came back. It's such a welcoming, family-run place and the owners have managed to create that rare combination of having a homely feeling yet utterly professional too. Everything was clean and well maintained, the breakfast was brilliant, all cooked to order and rapid service. Lovely quiet night's sleep on a comfy bed. Great location for the Pleasure Beach, pier, Sandcastles, seafront, etc. I will be back next year. :-)

Haute Cuisine food. Very clean tidy rooms tactfully decorated and fully functional. A very caring management style and a first class evening of entertainment with highly accomplished and versatile singers.
