Attended a corporate event at this hotel in February. Pleasant staff and hosted event space was very good with private bar area. We had two rooms, one that was spacious overlooking the sea front and watch that was standard and cramped within the hotel wings. Hotel is a bit dated an the theme and decor reflect that but it is...

Far too expensive I found, marks on all of the carpets, kettle in the room was dirty, (on the top) hasn't had a clean in a while, the heating..... The room was like a sauna. Could not sleep last night...

This is the first time we have stayed at The Imperial. The rooms were fine. The housekeeping leads a lot to be desired. Reported problems at reception but they were not cleaned. Disappointed with the cleanliness.
