The rooms are small but contain everything you need and are spotlessly clean. The hosts Charlie and Mark are delightful and cocktails for a nightcap are a must. Breakfasts are excellent and a cheese and mushroom omelette is large and delicious. I have been before and will definitely go again.

Delovely Hotel is outstanding! From the start, the communication was spot on. We already knew we were going to enjoy ourselves. We arrived in Blackpool in the morning and did the touristy bits, however my review is about Delovely and Mark and Charlie. Mark greeted us on arrival and showed us to our room, The Boudoir which was absolutely beautiful and so clean. We had already ordered some drinks on arrival which were placed in the mini fridge. Milk, tea, coffee, sugar, hot chocolate and biscuits were there and in the bathroom some shampoo and shower gel. We decided to eat at the hotel as not really knowing where to eat and so pleased we did! I had Mark's chilli con carne and my husband had the most amazing burger! We must mention Sam who served our food, such a lovely lady and so friendly, a joy to meet. After dinner, we took a stroll, had a glass of wine and then decided to head back to the hotel and enjoyed a couple of cocktails in the wonderful company of Mark and Charlie. We were made so welcome and hearing of how they ended up running the hotel and seeing how much love and care they have put into their business. Breakfast is outstanding and again a lovely lady, sadly did not catch her name was so upbeat and enthusiastic, you could really tell she enjoyed her job. We had decided we wanted to come back and when Mark asked us if we would stay again, we immediately said yes and booked then and there! Charlie was over the road in their other hotel, Delovely Two so had no hesitation in coming back to say goodbye before we left. Mark and Charlie you should be so proud of yourselves, we really did have the most amazing time and we can't wait to see you again soon. Lots of love, Lesley & Tim …

What a fantastic weekend myself and my friends had here... Mark and Charlie are so friendly and hospitable and nothing was too much trouble for them. Our rooms were clean and decorated well, and each room appeared to have a name and a theme. The breakfasts were fantastic and there was a great choice, and the Sunday roast they cooked was to die for! Drinks are reasonably priced and the serving staff were so friendly and helpful. Mark and Charlie even organised tickets for us to go to a local show! I plan to go back in the near future to the Delovely with my partner and would highly recommend this hotel to others :)

Just got back from an amazing stay at this hotel. The room was beautiful, the food was amazing, you MUST eat here, the staff and hosts are fabulous, so friendly and welcoming. The hospitality we received is second to none the bar has everything you need you don't ever need to leave as they provide so much entertainment. We will definitely be back, we can't wait for our next visit. Teresa and Patsy.

Overnight stay seeing a show at the Winter Gardens. Received several Tx’s on the morning before we traveled and from that we booked our Evening meal. Easy check in our rooms were ready. Enjoyed a few pre dinner drinks and then all enjoyed our food, good honest delicious home cooked meals !! Returning from the show enjoyed a night cap ( or few ) and enjoyed chatting to Mark and Charlie, great hosts 👏🏽👏🏽 Comfy warm rooms meaning a good nights sleep… then a delicious breakfast in the morning with everything you could want 😋😋 Thanks very much both of you we would not hesitate to visit you again. Had a lovely weekend with lovely friends.Mark and Charlie welcomed us with open arms. Rooms where lovely with every thing you need. A good hospitality tray bottles of water in the fridge. Breakfasts where all freshly cooked with everything you wanted. On the Sunday wd had an amazing Roast Beef dinner yummy. We where near to Funny Girls which was very good. Thanks once again Mark and Charlie, Sammy and Catherine for looking after us.

We were greeted by Mark then Charlie the owners. 13 women went on a 4 day break. It was a surprise for our friends 70th birthday. Mark and Charlie, Sammy Catherine went above and beyond for us all.We had breakfast and dinner most days,the food was delicious, both excerllent chefs. The Sunday roast was amazing. The rooms are different scenes very unique and fab.. The bedding,towels were immaculate. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be looked after by 2 of the most awesome,kind,genuine,funny people. The hotel is in a prime position close to local amenities, bars,restaurant's plus the local shopping mall. A massive thankyou to Mark,Charlie,Sammy,Christine for making our us feel special

Just spent a fantastic weekend at the Delovely hotel with a great group of girl friends. Mark, Charlie and all the team were the perfect hosts, nothing was too much trouble for them. We were made to feel at home the moment we walked through the door. The food was delicious with plenty of choice and the hotel is spotlessly clean. Mark and Charlie even joined us on a night out on the town. We will definitely be going back to see our new friends at the Delovely. If you are going to Blackpool, go to Delovely their really is no better place to stay.

Myself and my friends had the pleasure of staying at this Guest House 17th to 20th November and have to say it was really lovely from start to finish . Mark and Charlie could not have been more hospitable nothing was too much trouble for them, they looked after us as if we were family . Also the food was delicious we were fed like Kings.
