this hotel wasn't anything like how it is advertised in the pictures. You walk in and there is no reception desk at all, nobody to greet us. My partner had to shout through to the kitchen until someone came out and gave us our keys. We went up to our room which to be fair was decent. The bed area...

My first impressions of the hotel weren't too great however, our room was a great size with en suite but there were areas I thought could have done with a good clean. The guy who owns the place was hilarious and also a great chef for both breakfast and dinner! Great location right next to the Sandcastle waterpark and Pleasure...

£55 a night for what? A freezing cold bedroom with a broken light and solid bed. The breakfast was poor, I literally had like 4 items on my plate!! Didnt realise you needed more space for the dog so he could run around As for breakfast ,,,our full breakfast comes with 8 items on it...

Location was great, friendly hotel, clean but basic room but for £23pp per night you are not going to get the Hilton, the breakfast was gorgeous and Matthew and Billy go out of there way to help you overall a great stay.

This hotel is in a good location for all the South Shore entertainments; but isn't affected by noise. My three grandsons and I were able to share one room and we each had a very comfortable bed, which was good as they needed 24/7 supervision. The room was clean and spacious, but the shower room needed a bit of TLC...
