2nd visit in a year to this lovely place, out of the hustle bustle of the centre party life. Nice spacious room (2) with seaview and bay window. The hosts Ray and Trish very welcoming and a delicious breakfast. Short walk into Bispham and for the fitter a nice long walk into towards the main attractions. A handy tram stop... More

Ray and Trish are so friendly and helpful it was a pleasure to stay at the athenry hotel, we stayed in room 2 which is really comfy with a great view of the illuminations, It is out of the main town which suited us as its a lot quieter. Definitely going to stop here again.

A last minute booking for one night, very warm welcome from Ray and Trish. The room was spotlessly clean, very cosy and had a lovely sea view. Location is perfect for easily getting around Blackpool. Bispham is within walking distance, but the tram stop is very convenient to take you into the centre and beyond! Very good night's sleep and... More

Ray and Trish made us feel so welcome and at home here. Warmest welcome we've ever had from b&b hosts. We booked last minute and that was no problem. Our room had everything we needed, a fab view and was great value. Breakfast was lovely and lots of coffee. Great poached eggs! Thank you very much for a great stay.

Stayed just one night at the Athenry Guest House after a family get together. Saw it on Trip Advisor and booked it as it had good reviews. We were met by a lovely couple (Roy & Trish) who were very welcoming. They showed us to a first floor front room which was amazing, big, bright and a great sea view.... More
