The good. Most of the food was good staff were friendly and helpful. The bad. The mattress needed replacing the heat in the bedroom was for too hot even though the radiator was switched off. Noise from entertainment when trying to sleep.

Room needs updating.. patches on wall. No remote control for TV.went to reception to be told £5 deposit I would rather walk to TV.🚾attach my fingers to the button and switch channel. . What do people do or want with TV remotes. Couldn't get windows open...room so hot with radiator on .. A member of staff came to open windows... More

Dont know where to start so here is a list of pros and cons.. Pros:- room was warm. Cleaner probably does her best with what she can. Cons:- needs knocked down and rebuilt. Front looks tatty, letters missing from name. Car park spaces terrible. Lift sounds like its going to break down any minute. Corridors carpets worn in areas. Wallpaper... More

Room to front noisy due to traffic but okay if window closed. Asked to pick menu on arrival for dinner when you are not thinking of food. Bar prices a bit dear staff overworked Breakfast great with choices .

When we got to the hotel it was Loverly and all the staff are always smiling. we booked at twin room when we got to the room it was at the back of the hotel it smelt mouldy there was a tiny window and the bathroom was just a hole it was tiny like the room so we went down... More

Stayed here on a Fri-Mon Just Go coach break and found it meet all our needs.
