Hotel was very clean and comfortable, Sue and staff friendly. Lovely breakfast and plenty of it. Tram stop just across the road, just under 10 minutes from North Pier. Would definitely recommend and would go again.

We have just returned from a two-night break here, Saturday and Sunday, and overall I cannot fault it. We were welcomed on arrival with tea and coffee, and despite arriving early our rooms were ready. Meeting friends there we had one room booked for the Saturday only and another for Saturday and Sunday. The hotel is in a great spot... More

We stayed here last year and was impressed with the hotel and its location, so we booked to stay again. We had two sea views rooms and they were clean and comfortable. The staff were just as friendly and the buffet breakfast sets you up for the day. A great hotel and will return again.
