Arrived around 3pm on friday to be greeted by Craig a pleasant chap who explained the covid rules and gave us our key, he helped carry our bags upstairs to room 7 which was a nice touch, the room was slightly old fashioned but everything you could need and very clean! Breakfast was superb served between 8.30 and 9.30 as due to covid had to do 2 sittings, we had a full english cooked well with unlimited toast and tea and plenty of extras sauce, jams, juice etc... We stayed for 2 nights and genuinely enjoyed our stay we were made to feel very welcome and was offered fresh towels, tea bags etc.... during breakfast on saturday morning. We will certainly stay at Windsor House again and thanks for having us 😀👍🏻

Now called The Molly House and our stay was excellent. Paul welcomed us warmly and Craig looked after us extremely well. Rooms are well appointed with huge attention to detail. Hospitality tray included plenty tea and coffee as well as biscuits and chocolates and we had clean towels daily. Place was spotless. Breakfast was exceptional, plentiful, well cooked and delicious. Cannot fault how comfortable the Molly House was or how well we were looked after. A hidden gem and incredible vfm. Definitely will stay again when in Blackpool. And only a short walk from the station and North Pier.

Good location, everything went well, nice room, excellent hosts, breakfast was good and served quickly and nothing too much trouble, room service clean towels etc was available and you were asked if you required room service.
The hotel felt welcoming and lovely and warm and the bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced .
The room was a deluxe room and had everything you needed and apart from a little wear and tear was good value.
Tea /Coffee making facilities in room and bottled water in fridge on arrival.

All in all a very good hotel and would not hesitate to book again.

Stayed for three nights in March 2022 - Check-in was really smooth, Craig was most informative and friendly. We stay in Blackpool a lot and picked this spot (now named "The Molly House") for it's excellent location/reviews, close to North Pier, Blackpool North Station and plenty of entertainment venues/bars nearby. The whole stay from start to finish was perfect - Beautiful decor, rooms are so comfortable with great attention to detail, really lovely. Breakfast served every morning was amazing, loved our full English and the bar area/lounge was gorgeous too. Nothing was a trouble and the owners are so professional in every aspect. Would highly recommend if you're wishing to stay in North Pier area and we'll definitely be back, a great, relaxed accomodation but in the heart of the action too. Thanks very much.

just back from a fab 3 night stay. Craig the owner was so friendly and spent time telling us about the hotel and Blackpool and he even carried my case right to my room which was on the top floor. Once we had settled in we went to the bar for a drink and again had a lovely chat with Craig. The bar featured a lot for us as we spent the evening on the Euro 2020 in there with Craig and a few other guests. Not sure if we were just lucky but everyone we met were really friendly and for the 3 nights we were at the Windsor we felt like a little family with Craig at the helm.
The Windsor is spotless no matter if it’s the hallway, bar, toilet, rooms and the outside area. All were just lovely.
Breakfast was just great and you could order anything from the breakfast menu and it was cooked to perfection by Craig and served by a lovely man whose name I have forgotten. ( sorry).
The only downside is that it is on a busy road but hey ho this is Blackpool so we knew what to expect. This didn’t stop me sleeping like a baby.
I would recommend the Windsor House to anybody looking to stay in Blackpool and we will without a shadow be looking to return.

Thank you Craig and staff for a Fab stay.
Jas and Ray x

What a lovely hotel, friendly owner and staff and great breakfast.
From a really warm welcome, and easy check in process, to being shown our rooms which were really comfortable even though it was called a budget room.
Warm showers (which you don’t always get) at all times and a nice reasonably priced bar to have a drink before heading out.
Breakfast was awesome, able to tweak the full English and allergen needs met for the group. The server got our regular order after day two, fab service!!
We’ll definitely be back.

Our second stay at the Windsor House, this time with our teenage daughters.

Absolutely spotless and the breakfast is just wonderful. Craig was very welcoming and friendly, service was first class.

The hotel is very quiet and only a short walk to the North Pier, Central Pier, Winter Gardens etc.

Excellent value for money.

I had a really bad experience in a food outlet and made it back to the hotel feeling very upset.
When I got through the door to the hotel a few guests were outside and greeted me with fun and smiles.
Tbh the place felt like home and I soon relaxed to watch TV.
When we first arrived the whole experience was fantastic so I’m looking forward to the next couple of nights.
Up to now a small hotel but perfectly formed, charming hosts infact a very clean happy stay so far.
