Nice Hotel on the South Promenade, Hotel has it's own car park & lifts to all floors. The staff are friendly & the rooms are comfortable. The hotel is only a short walk from a Tramstop. The breakfast is excellent with a good choice of both cold & freshly cooked hot food.

Hi Darren, Thank you for taking time to write a review, your kind words and the HI-5 they are all appreciated./ I'm glad you found the park - its a little out the way but its free and great for keeping small children occupied for a few hours before a long drive home. Hope to see you again on your next visit to Blackpool Steve

We arrived here on the 18th of October for a couple of nights break, me, my wife and 2 kids. I knew we couldn't check in until the afternoon but I prefer to set off on the 3 hour drive early morning to avoid a lot of traffic on the road down from Scotland. We arrived about 10:15

Hi Craig, thank you for taking the time to write a review and for your kind words they are much appreciated. My late partner and I firmly believe in offering value for money and we try hard to achieve that especially when 20% of what you pay goes to HMRC in VAT and approximately another 18% goes directly to the on line booking agent of your choice. The staff are all made aware of the fact that it is not ME that pays them, it is you the guest so hopefully they go that extra mile to ensure everything is right for your stay with us. Hope to see you all next time you visit Blackpool Steve

Spent the weekend at the Waldorf with a couple of friends who had never been to Blackpool before, so we wanted to give them a true taste of the resort. The Waldorf was just perfect. Not as grand as its US namesake but perfect for us. Clean, comfortable, and warm. Steve was a

Hi, thank you for taking the time to write a review, your kind words and the HI-5, all of which are appreciated. I do know who you are but TripAdvisor's policy of not being allowed to name people (unless their name is in the profile) forbids me from doing so. Sadly the weather was not at it's best for your friends first visit to Blackpool but hopefully that didn't detract from the culture shock :) I hope to see you again on your next visit to Blackpool Steve

Is there entertainment
Hi, once upon a time in the days before the OTA's ( Booking . com, Expedia, etc) there was a 3 month lead time on reservations so we were able to plan Entertainment. Now not only does up to 20% of what you pay go directly to your chosen booking agent the average lead time on reservations has fallen, in some cases to less than a week and as a consequence we are unable to guarantee entertainment. Hi. is there an email address to contact hotel directly? i need to make a couple of enquiries. email is easiest for me.
HI, sorry toi have taken so long to reply but with so many websites to check we tend to do one a day. Sadly tripadvisor rules do not allow us to post either our e-mail address or telephone number in response to a question so all I can do is suggest you google "The Waldorf Blackpool" and look for us on the right hand side of the page. do they have Christmas bookings
Hi, I am so sorry that I didn't reply to you sooner, regrettably Trip advisor do not notify us when a question is answered and so was unaware of your question. Since the death of my partner I have not felt able to do the whole Christmas / New year package justice and so have not offered Christmas or New Year Breaks Steve

Hi, we are a 5 to 10 minute walk from the Pleasure Beach Station. From the station walk towards the sea front, turn left, and continue walking, after a minute or so you should see a hotel called the Colwyn, turn into the crescent and we are in the middle painted pale Blue with grey window surrounds Looking forward to seeing you on the 16th Steve & Tom
