Two nights bed & full english - at the weekend - for £130 is good value in my book. Bedroom spacious and clean, bed comfy, tea/coffee, large screen TV and sea view. Breakfast plentiful & ok quality. Host (derek) welcoming - waiting staff very nice. Good location only 200 metres from tram/bus stop and 50 metres from The Gynn pub.

Booked 2 nights at the Berwyn during half term after reading the previous reviews. With 2 children (age 6 & 7) we needed somewhere family friendly. We were not disappointed. We'd rung in advance to see if an early check in was available, knowing that the children would need to use the loo upon arrival. We were told that it...

Myself and my partner stopped for 1 night to see the illuminations - really lovely bed and breakfast - clean, friendly staff and owner - would recommend to anyone wanting a nice quiet stay 😊 tram stop just a short walk from the B&B - ample parking outside. Plenty of choice for Breakfast - will definitely visit again!

Really looking forward to going later this month. We were due to arrive tomorrow but due to personal problems we are unable to attend. I only discussed this with the owner today and he has been so accommodating in allowing us to rearrange our booking for later in the month with no hassle and not lose our booking fee. Thank...

Booked the Berwyn as prefer the north end to stay, enjoy the biz of Blackpool but like to have some quiet time too so this area is perfect for us. First time staying there, had checked reviews so quite happy to book, we were not disappointed. Good location, parking in the area, good breakfast, friendly host and staff. I don't...

Great room with quality bedding, toiletries, toilet roll, loads of tea/coffee/sugar/hot chocolate/biscuits, a TV/DVD player and selection of DVD's, spotlessly clean. Factor in: ample parking, great location, awesome breakfast, lovely host and staff, and that's why we were delighted with our stay and will be returning.

Had a lovely 2 night stay in a family room. Clean, friendly staff and a nice breakfast. Reasonably priced too. Close to tram and local shops. Tripadvisor won't let me submit this review with less than 200 characters for some reason so this should do it. Thanks!

We took our Grandson to this hotel for 2 nights. The room was clean and comfortable, breakfast was great despite Dereks little jokes and the staff were polite and pleasant. Our grandson (aged 8) can't wait to go back especially to see Derek
