Just returned from a stay at The Melville. It's in a great location and for the price with a groupon voucher we had (£55 for 2 nights for 2 people) it was great value too. Service was friendly (however it was a bit annoying that you had to give your keys in every time you wanted to leave as you...

After a few bad experiences in Blackpool Hotels over the years it is a joy to stay in one that I am actually happy to review. Clean, friendly and superb value, The Melville made our 3 night stay a pleasure. There were 6 in our party and not one of us had a bad word to say about the place....

The room was very small, it made us stay out all day, every day; we slept there, but didn't stay in. The breakfast was OK, but nothing special. A cheap way to stay in Blackpool, and it is very near to Blackpool Tower.
