We booked this night away for our little family through Booking.com. What an absolute waste of money and an upsetting disappointment. This place is absolutely filthy. As soon as we got into the room it was clear the bedding was extremely dirty. (No way had it been changed for some time) The walls have mould on them and the wood...

At first look, the reception area looked OK but that's where it ended. (Get what you pay for). Where to start?...

1 star is being generous.... words fail me, we only booked at lunch time on the day of arrival an impromptu night away to see the illuminations so it was a rushed booking. We arrived and were greeted by a friendly man in reception who sorted our keys out straight away. That was the only positive part. We went to...

I feel really sorry for the guests that had booked this hellhole for a week. Thankfully It was there for a last minute one night stay to see the illuminations for us. Me and my two girls laughed it off but honestly, this place should be shut down. It's barely habitable. My sheets hadn't been changed, the light switch didn't...
