Stayed here for two nights. We really enjoyed our stay. You can't fault the location as its close to Pleasure Beach, Waterpark and South Pier. There is a tram stop near if you want to go further up Promenade and don't want to walk. Breakfast was lovely with plenty of selection. We were in Room 2 which offered a great view and was of good size. The bar area was nicely decorated and food on offer at night at good prices along with drinks and televisions to watch sports. I would highly recommend a stay here for couples as me and my partner loved it and will return in the future.

Brilliant hotel with brilliant staff nothing is too much trouble rooms are extremely clean and well looked after breakfast is tasty and you get a choice which is great as we had a toddler with us as she's picky they have a wonderful bar with a great choice of drinks we have rebooked To go back next year such a wonderful family run hotel cannot recommend this hotel any more and tram stop across the road which makes it easy to get about

To me this is a 5 star hotel. Super fiendly and accommodating - if you're vegan/vegetarian don't worry they've got you. Both mornings I was served an amazing vegan breakfast with spread/soya milk - you will be accommodated for. The hotel is like a home away from home and then some - comfortable, clean and quirky. There's a reason why they don't need to advertise on booking sites, this hotel speaks for itself. Perfect location if you're visiting Blackpool Pleasure Beach, short walk from the train station and to the fair - watching the pleasure beach rides warming up in the morning from the hotel window was an absolute buzz. Beautiful interior, lively and amazing attention to detail - to me this is what Blackpool is all about. My only issues are that I didn't get the chance to drink in the bar during my stay and it was fully booked when I go back to Blackpool at the end of October otherwise I'd be back in a heartbeat. Just got back from New Esplanade. Honestly, we wouldn't stay anywhere else in Blackpool. We've been going here for many years, and the owners, Sherel and Gary, could not do enough for you, a lovely family run hotel on the front with sea views and tram stops right across the road. Fabulously clean and breakfast very well presented and always hot. We can not express enough how accommodating this hotel and its owners are, you enter the hotel not knowing the owners but leave as friends and to us that is the best thing we can say about the Esplanade.

Just spent 2 nights at the New Esplanade Hotel, what a beautiful hotel it is. You are greeted with a warm welcome when arriving. Room was spotlessly clean. The breakfasts will set you up for the day, fresh hot and tasty, could not fault it. They have a bar that does evening meals too, again very tasty. Lovely to come back from a day out and enjoy a nice drink in the bar. Can highly recommend this place and will be back again. Tram stop nearby so getting into Blackpool is so easy. Staff are all so friendly, you can't go wrong staying here. Keep up the good work and we hope to see you again. 5* from Cathy and Ian

Absolutely fantastic family holiday loved every minute. the staff couldn’t have done more to make us welcome. the breakfast we’re delicious as was the food served in the bar and the weekend entertainment of karaoke and bingo were just the ticket to finish of the day

What a fantastic gem of a hotel. Terrific location on the seafront, Sherel and Gary make everything about the stay amazing. Clean, great food, super friendly, well priced rooms and bar. Small family run sea front hotel next to the Pleasure Beach. Some rooms have sea views. Friendly service with a great English breakfast. Always kept clean by the friendly and welcoming team. Nothing is too much trouble for the owners. Lovely bar with Sherels gin bar a highlight!!!
