Started off badly no one tjere to check us in. However the rooms were ok but this is a budget hotel and the price reflects that. Initially not happy as no bar as advertised and no wifi booking.com need to update their info. The owners Adam and Abby are down to earth they even cooked tea gor us and the kids loved it great location. As our youngest was only 4 so we werent going out on an evening the owner said we could bring in our own drink and use the lounge which we done each night. I would say if u looking for somewhere more up market pay the extra. But over all we enjoyed our stay

Got what I paid for. No frills place to sleep. The room was warm, decor and bedding dated.
Paid to have breakfast included, arrived at the specified time and was told it wasn’t being served that day.
Location was good. Short stroll to see the illuminations, Blackpool tower and the shops.

A very good value overnight stay for three friends. Very welcoming by the host, Abi. Room clean, if a little tired overall. Good location and hearty breakfast included. Room was very hot but so was the weather! Would definitely use this place again when we come back.

Booked B&B, informed breakfast was served between 8.30pm and 9.30pm arrived at the dining room at 8.40am - no sign of any staff, dining room locked, pressed the bell as advised if staff were not around - no answer, phoned the owners (mobile number on display ) no answer, waited till 9.30am phoned again, no answer, no sign of any staff, dining room remained locked. Locked the room up, left key and went out for breakfast as had 3year old grandson with us. Contacted the property via booking agent to be informed we didn’t turn up for breakfast… total dishonesty, very disappointed as hate dishonest people

We arrived on the day of the queens funeral, so it was a very odd day, Adam had called to tell us places around town would be opening from about 5 ish so not to panic when we got there, sent me a local taxis number also. Easy check in, first floor room, nice decor, good bathroom, even a bottle of fizz in our room as it was our anniversary and husbands birthday. Good sleep, breakfast was at 8.30, full English cooked perfectly every morning. Adam and Abby could not do enough for us, showed us pics of family, children etc and made us so welcome all week. Will definitely return to see what they’ve done to make it their own, this being their first season, good down to earth B&B Thanks guys

This was the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. First of all we got to the hotel at 2:30pm and when entering the hotel one of the staff were slouched on the couch in the lounge area with rubbish on the tables. Then I realised there was no ale in the bar and the bar was not open as on the pictures and description it says they have one. We got into the room and the room was too small for a family of 4, the bed sheets and covers were old and worn with stains and hairs in. The shower was filthy with hairs and dust everywhere, the toilet seat fell off as soon as my mother sat on it causing her to hurt herself, which now the hotel are blaming us for! There were 3 mugs and one of them had a crack in which they are also blaming us for, the pictures were taken as soon as we got into the room as we did not want anything to come back onto us. The carpets in the room and on landing area were stained and dirty, the set of drawers in the room looked like there had been a drink split on it and not cleaned. There were crumbs and bits of food under each bed area, shower area and door not cleaned I don’t know how they expect you to shower in it! We did not stay for breakfast because of the state of the room I don’t know how anyone could eat there. When checking out of the hotel we advised the women owner that the toilet seat had fell off and she said it was okay. They then made a complaint to booking.com 10 minutes later to say we had broken the toilet seat and one of the mugs!! Overall I could definitely avoid this hotel and will never be booking here again!

Rooms were disgusting, not clean, rubbish under the bed, bedding wasn’t clean we had to sleep on top of the quilt because the sheets were dirty. Shower curtains were stained, stains on the floor in bathroom, we had to buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom ourselves as it was disgusting. There was a hole in the wall, broken handles and rubbish left in drawers. Breakfast was okay ish no juice like stated, it was not a full English either like we were told. We had to buy toilet roll as their was hardly any in the bathrooms, toilet seats didn’t fit the toilet properly. There was poor lighting in the bedroom which meant I had to use the bathroom light so I could see what I was doing. It was like they didn’t even clean after the last person stayed, the bed was very uncomfortable and creaky. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone, if your planning a trip to Blackpool don’t bother staying here spend your money elsewhere… the hotel are refusing to offer any type of compensation.

Booked in for a family of 4. Turned up at 6pm and met with a guy in the bar area, who seemed drunk telling us about having to go to Doncaster for blood tests. The lady showed us to our room and left us.

No WiFi
Blood on the toliet bin
Sink not clean
Double bed broken
Bed sheets are dirty and hair and crumbs in them.

It was a really dire scummy place. We decided to leave and find somewhere else and went back down to the entrance to find the lady smoking outside. Told her we leaving and want a refund and we going.

ok, I talked to the manager, and she said without a care knowingly we right.

15 hour later. Booking.com refund issued

Found another hotel called janenne on Station Road and Amazing. Triple bunk beds.

Don't stay here for no reason even if is 20 pound per night. Just don't do it!!!

This is NOT a hotel it is a crack den! And unfortunately I had booked mistakenly for my family. A rude drunken/drugged man approached us at the door stating we needed to hand over more money as we had arrived just after 7pm which we did by 15 minutes. however he wouldn’t give me chance to explain about what predicament we had to get their with 2 small young children. He then stated that he didn’t like the look of my husband which was very inappropriate in front of my children. My children really needed to sleep. As I entered the room I could not believe my eyes. Unbuilt beds in toilet dirty sheets god knows what on them. We gave the keys back instantly and ran for the hills. I took true honest pictures of this hotel for other family’s not to stranded and homeless on their family holiday like us. My husband will also be writing a review with more pictures he took. Please take this booking seriously unfortunately it is not a joke and the discrepancy of charge is been dealt with through the bank.

This hotel is filthy. The room we had hadn’t been cleaned, dust everywhere and rubbish under the bed. The room upstairs shower leaked through our ceiling just above some electrics. When I told the owner I was given a bucket !!! We were told there was no WiFi in the hotel. Breakfast was hit and miss on how much we got and there was never enough cutlery. This hotel might be cheap but we were still paying for a basic service which we didn’t get. The other room our group had was downstairs as one of the group is disabled. They were told that they would have to move upstairs after the 1st night because they’d been given the wrong room !! They stood firm and didn’t move. People were turning up after booking and paying through booking. com to be turned away as there was no room for them
AVOID THIS HOTEL
