With 80 bedrooms fully refurbished and a brand new bar & lounge, we now showcase a gorgeous contemporary, yet cosy feel. Hotel Sheraton is also the perfect hotel for family breaks, with family character rooms decorated with familiar children's characters with a FREE toy for every child (and there's something for the adults too!) But we're not just for families, it's perfect for all ages, with daytime activities such as indoor carpet bowls and dancing lessons. There's also nightly bingo and live cabaret. This hotel is gorgeous. The lounge areas and bar areas are stunning. Comfortable to relax in. The rooms are clean and the bathroom has plenty space. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. The meals were delicious and HOT - served on lovely warm plates. Being able to choose your dinner at breakfast proved very beneficial - served with precision timing and there was little, if any waste on anybody’s plate. The breakfasts were outstanding too. We will return as it exceeded our expectations.

This is the fifth time we been again , what a fantastic time we had, food, entertainment, hotel. Fantastic yet again , great food every day , dinner was amazing. Room was beautiful lovely and clean, power shower wow fab , jimmy the compère was yet again great what a fab guy he is .definitely recommend this hotel staff are second to none always there when you need help with anything.

This hotel was wonderful. Our room was spotless and really comfortable, it was serviced by Luidmila. All the staff were really helpful and nice. We were on the turkey and tinsel package and the food was lovely. It was served with military precision and no requests were too much trouble. We didn’t use the pool. If we had one concern it was that hotel was very warm. Entertainment was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed 1 night using their special offer of £49pp for dinner bed and breakfast. Food as always was excellent with menu choices. All staff are polite and very helpful- nothing is too much trouble. Our room was fantastic and the bathroom was spacious. Would definitely stay again.

The suite super cannot fault food bar restaurant services r reception. My grumble is house keeping they need checking on as the service we had was shocking.The curtains left close bathroom still dirty floor and sink left very streaky .The bed covers just thrown over bed .it was disappointing.I complained to receptionist she was very disinterested more interested in phone taking bookings. Have been many times to this and the sister hotel Elgin not had any problems before so please check your room's after cleaning

Having stayed for the Halloween weekend all I can say is Fantastic, we try and stay at the Sheraton at least 2-3 times a year . The pool is nice and relaxing with Jacuzzi. Food in the restaurant is beautiful with a great choice for evening dinner. (A big thank you to Tina for being so friendly and efficient) Rooms always cleaned to a high standard. The entertainment is good and good game of bingo is always welcome. All the staff are friendly and we are always sad to leave, we are returning in February for another relaxing break. Thank you to all at the Sheraton.

Great entertainment on the weekend package (singer on Fri and the Jersey Boys on Sat). Staff excellent, rooms clean and tidy. Just one issue. Limited choice for vegetarians. A bland, butternut squash risotto on Saturday and breakfasts OK but vegetarian sausages poor(there are some very tasty veggie sausages out there now) and why no mushrooms on the veggie breakfast when they came with the standard breakfast? You'd think it would be more important to put them on the veggie's plate as their choice is more limited anyway.

Hi Tony Thank you for your review and I will certainly discuss your thoughts with the head chef. We offer a different vegetarian dish each evening together with a choice of salad. However I feel if we offered another option it would give you more choice. I do appreciate your ideas and if you return and there is nothing on the menu which appeals please ask for a manger or head chef. We will always try and accommodate. As regular patrons of the Sheraton mum had already indicated when the time arrived she would love her wake to be held their. All the arrangements were made with Ollie (the main man), and what a fantastic job he made of it, always on hand to assist with any detail from day one. On the day of the wake he made sure everything ran super smooth, and was even on hand serving the delicious food and drinks. A massive thanks to Ollie and all the superb team at the Sheraton . The hotel Sheraton - What an amazing place. I have been a customer for many years on and off but this time the occasion was a family funeral and an overnight stay afterwards. From the senior management to the front of house. To the house keeping and even the Kitchen. They took such good care of us and nothing was too much trouble. I have food allergies and yet platters of enticing delights were put before me. I have slept so little in the last month but last night I slept peacefully, in the most comfortable bed and in the cleanest, spacious and calm room that I have slept in, away from home, in a long time. Because of the time of year, the hotel was fully booked with 'Turkey & Tinsel' guests and they were so impressed that each time I had cause to attend the reception desk, they were booking up for next year even whilst enjoying this year. (If that is not a ringing endorsement, what is?) I cannot thank Oliver and his team enough for every detail of our experience and I would fully recommend this excellent hotel to you whatever your occasion and however the length of your stay.
