We are a small family run business, accommodating couples and families. Our rooms are cosy and well maintained all offering en-suite facilities, tea and coffee making facilities and flat screen TV. All rooms have double glazing and central heating. We serve a full cooked breakfast 9 while 9.30 each morning, but can always accommodate early diners when requested. We are centrally located, so very close to the tower, the promenade, sea life centre, winter gardens and many many bars, restaurants and show bars.

We had to pay a £30 deposit per room as I booked two rooms as I was working in Blackpool I could understand if we’re were on a stag do but not two workers in lockdown but as we were leaving at 7 in the morning to be at work we were assured by the girl that tuck the money she would de up with out deposit but no such luck we were late for work and still no one at the hotel we’re had to drive back to sort out the deposit The room was a small double It was comfortable there were a lot of pubic hairs on the bed, there was no kettle so no hot drink and couldn’t even get a bru from the bar, the shower was very hot and would not turn down so didn’t get a good shower, the tv didn’t work properly I told the young girl but the response was not my thing sorry Not a friendly place to stay I stay in Blackpool at least once a week so I try out a lot of b&b

we had room 1 . small but warm and cosy . weather was the usual service of rain so was nice to come back to the warmth of the room . we only had the one meal there which was pricey but it was nice . we found it better than the viva vegas diner anyway. location is excellent handy for all the attractions. the parking is awkward only spaces for 4 cars and if you arrive first you will be blocked in . wasn't a problem for us because we didn't use our car during our stay and at £7.50 a day it was getting its monies worth by staying parked .

Our stay was very cheap, rooms were clean and comfortable and the young girl that helped us to check in was very friendly and helpful. However, the rooms are lacking tea making facilities in the rooms and the machine in the family room was a bit overpriced to keep getting brews. There was a food menu which although we didn't have food, the prices were steep. Also beware of a £3 non refundable linen charge. This should be included in the price which would still be reasonable if it incorporated the linen charge. I would recommend the hotel to anyone wanting a cheap, clean, comfortable stay but I wouldn't stay again based on the lack of drink facilities in the room.

Basic hotel, okay for the price but beware of the hidden charges.. £3 for bed linen, what’s all that about surely that is included in the cost of the room! £7.50 to park your car in their “ car park” !! When taking payments for the car park surely staff are aware at how many cars are parked and have some kind of arrangements to avoid people being blocked in! Spent two hours of our second day sitting in the car with my partner and 3 year old. We had pre booked tickets to the zoo and my partner needed to be at work later that afternoon. My partner went back to the hotel to find out what was going on and if they could contact the inconsiderate people who thought it was okay to block people in while they enjoyed their day in Blackpool. We were told the person had been told and would be returning within 15 mins to move their car. Two hours later and no return, we had no option but to try to get out, resulting in minor damage to both my partner and mr inconsiderates car. Later that day at approx 3pm( clearly the time mr inconsiderate decides to return to his vehicle ) I receive a call from him. Isn’t it against data protection for a hotel to give out other guests details and information. I have contacted the hotel about this... no response! Mr inconsiderate claims he asked the hotel if he could leave his keys allowing someone to move his vehicle if required and the hotel said no. Bad service all round. Cheap hotel ended up costing in the region of £500 for inconsiderate staff and guests.

Really good family run B&B, we got a tour of the place when we got there from a member of staff and he also brought our suitcase to our room for us. Good facilities in the communal area and is in a very good location. We were allowed to keep our luggage in a locked room whilst we had a look around Blackpool before our check in time and after our check out time on departure which was handy. We paid for the deluxe room which was nice, good shower, big bed and smart TV with Netflix and other apps. The only downside we had was we were right on the top floor and the wifi didn’t reach there and the TV was a bit glitchy as there seemed to be problems with the aerial. Overall, we would definitely stay again as we really enjoyed our stay.
