Stayed in the Golden Nile this weekend with my family. We had 3 rooms and each one was in need of a good clean! My daughters shower didn't work and when she told the owner he suggested using the one in my son's room! The whole place could do with being refurbished and 'fixed'. Breakfast was included but we didn't...

I booked this hotel because I thought it was a really good price especially with it being illumination switch on weekend and I wish I hadn't bothered. The lady of the hotel seems friendly but it was a bit hard to understand her. I saw that for a four poster bedroom it was only £20 extra for a 2 night...

Stayed 26 Aug for 3 nights. Parking was limited. Check in was smooth and shown to our room. The room number 9 was on the top floor and facing the road which was busy and can be noisey, yes it was small but the bed was comfortable and shower nice and hot. Staff were very helpful and friendly and nothing...

Me, Dad and brother stayed in this hotel over the recent bank holiday weekend. We were up from Plymouth and checked-in once the football match had finished. Nothing was a problem, slept very well on both nights, breakfast was nice. The room had all the necessary amenities - we will hope to stay here again should we return to Blackpool...

Stayed here for 1 night with friends and from the minute we opened the hotel door we were horrified. The place stinks of stale curry and cigarettes, the smell was even stronger in our actual room and the carpets look like they've never seen a Hoover since they were put down in 1924. Our room had 2 separate rooms that...

Enjoyed our stay which was value for money. The people are very helpful and friendly and nothing is too much trouble for them. Get Room at back of hotel which was quieter and better if you have a family as the hotel is situated on a main road and rooms at the front can be noisy.

Well where do I start. This place is by far the most disgusting place I've ever stepped foot in, even public toilets are cleaner. Me and my partner booked to stay here for a 2 nights for a weekend in Blackpool. The owners kept ringing and harassing us to check we were still coming even though we kept saying yes....

We visited this hotel thankfully for just 1 night & will not be visiting again. I had previously phoned to ask for a room upgrade, but when we arrived we were shown to a small double on the top floor. I don't like to make a fuss so we agreed that because it was just for the 1 night it...
