Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great place to stay ,we only stopped one night ,to see the lights , my grandson first time,, good thing was easy to find, sometimes Blackpool is like driving in a maze, you can't turn here, dead ends , taxis ,or bus's only ,but found it easy, not far from the promenade .very friendly, clean , and a comfortable bed. One magic breakfast, good location and off rd parking. Excellent.👍🏻

We had a great welcome by Josh and Chris. We are returning guests, our room was very clean with beautifully soft towels, everything was in its place, just as we always expect. We had a wonderful breakfast, exactly what we love. We cannot praise Josh and Chris high enough. Please do not change anything at the Wilton Hotel as it is wonderful.

Outstanding venue, host, facilities and overall experience from enquiry to departure. The whole journey was a delight. Great value for money and a home from home. Nothing was too much trouble, the personal touch at every interaction and extremely professional. Highly recommended and we shall be back.

Wonderful host, Josh was a lovely guy very friendly and helpful. He accommodated me when I rang him with some with last minute arrangements for my hubby's birthday. For the price we paid everything was great. Nice clean room and good breakfast. Good night's sleep. Very close to all amenities Blackpool has to offer. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. Thank you you Josh and your colleagues for a very pleasant stay.

Decent nights sleep, excellent breakfast and good value. Room a little on the small size however and not sure about evacuation from the top floor if anything should happen. Would stay again but would have to be a different room. Josh was an excellent host.
