My partner, myself and our two children, aged 1 and 3 have just returned from a wonderful 3 night stay at the Aspire. From booking to answering my endless queries via email in the weeks leading to our stay (parking, facilities for the baby etc.), and throughout our stay itself Tina and Paul were absolutely amazing. They were both so...

Booked family room which was very comfortable as was the mattress and pillow and I slept better than I do at home which is saying something...

We stayed for 2 days in room 3. Just like we did last year. The hotel is very clean and tidy. The best part for us is the buffet breakfast. Our kids are fussy eaters so having a choice is perfect. The room was en-suite with a double bed and bunk beds for the kids. There is a small fridge...

Great hotel, friendly staff and in an ideal location right next to the winter gardens and shopping centre. Room very clean and tidy. A bit noisy on an evening being on a main road next to lights but can't fault hotel for this. Owner gave directions to the best car park. Would definitely stay here again.
