Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Couple of things. Could do with shower gel in bathroom and allocate table in dining room. My friend wasn’t spoke to very nicely by a bar person. Only asked why you had too pay for martini as it’s only a fortified wine. Was told if you dont want too pay dont drink it ..Otherwise food excellent and staff mostly very friendly and had a lovely quiet room on first floor free bus/tram pass and free bingo very nice. Would I go back no. Will stick to the Claremont

we were originally booked for 5 nights but were moved to their sister hotel on the 3rd night as they were closing. We still had a great 2 nights (we enjoyed all 5 in the end split between the 2 hotels) room was amazing, we do love room 102, the staff were brilliant especially Tasha. I would like to recognise Anthea, on arrival she was great, we arrive on the 28th and was joking about how it was my husbands birthday on the 29th, we went down for breakfast the morning of the 29th and while we were there she decorated our door with birthday banners, it was such a nice thing to do, she was so thoughtful. we also enjoyed the Icon show and Tori Louise, Paul Mac made my husbands birthday great too with a bottle of fizz, thank you Royal Boston for taking care of us

Really good. Polite and helpful staff. Good food. And couple things to suggest that bar is closed for 10 mins while bingo is on as to noisy. And also when we were there when bingo was on guy play bandits while bingo on. So bandit should be banned while bingo In play. Or turn off during bingo. When I was there in September 23. Was told by staff that they putting in disabled toilet in January 24. But there still no sign of it. Annoying having to go to ur hotel room as toilet cubicle to tight.
