Fantastic site. Clean and tidy and location fantastic just off the motorway. We brought out touring caravan and the pitches are great, also a really nice play area. We had a slight issue returning from the illuminations as the barrier wouldn’t open but this was quickly resolved as someone attended to allow us entry. Will happily go back.

Managed to get a seasonal pitch for the rest of the year and will definitely be staying next year. Lovely well kept site, large fully serviced hard standing pitches with plenty of room for caravan, car and awning. Immaculate toilet block, easily as clean as home. Friendly people, everyone says hello and many stop for a chat. Lovely wardens Tracy and Russ, so helpful and friendly. Small shop selling essentials and reasonably priced. Little bar open 4-8 Friday and Saturday, bottled beer, again reasonable prices, card pay only, very friendly bar man. Overall a little gem.

We used pipers with our touring caravan for a quiet recovery after a heart operation. We decided to buy one of their statics after being assured and convinced by the caretakers that the site was quiet, (mis sold) This was the case for the first couple of months then things went downhill, kids running riot, screaming, damage to car. After complaining ourselves and other owners complaining nothing changed. We bought the static for a quiet getaway while recovering for £28,995 but things got so bad we couldn’t even go for a quiet weekend so we had no option but to sell this is when the owners showed their true colours. We had had the van for four months spending £5000 on improvements new carpeting throughout, all the seating reupholstered, new curtains, new light fittings and a new king size mattress, 4 months later the contract left us no option but to sell back, we expected to lose some money but not to be ripped off by £13,995. Being RIPPED OFF is not stated in the agreement. All details have been forwarded on to Rip off Britain , at their request. If you are thinking of buying here DONT these people have no customer care and are only interested in the money in your wallet …

We booked the site so we could attend Lytham festival. It’s a great little site, clean, well appointed, quiet and halfway between Lytham and Blackpool. Staff were fantastic and nothing too much trouble. They even sorted us out when our caravan bottomed having dropped off the towing hall. They helped us immensely and we’d have been stumped without their help. I’d really recommend the site and we will come again .

We stayed at Piper’s Height for 2 nights this weekend, after seeing it recommended online & it was also 5 mins away from my mum’s place. What a great find… the site is absolutely immaculate & a credit to the owners. Dogs are very well catered for & have their own ‘dog wash’ which we didn’t use but checked it out.. & also a fantastic dog walk with the grass being kept nicely cut & fenced both sides so your dog can enjoy some offlead time, mine loved it. The toilet & shower block is looked after to a very high standard, the cleanest one we have come across so far. There is a kiddies playground which was popular with the youngsters & it’s just a general all round peaceful site. The pitches are all hard standing & have all the required services which makes life easier. They are well spaced out & very level, most of them have a small hedge separating you from the next pitch which gives you good privacy. If you are looking for a quality site close to all the Blackpool attractions, then this is the perfect park. We will definitely stay here again, didn’t want to come home & we were blessed with amazing weather.…

We have just got back from a wonderful two night stay here. It was our fist time out with our touring caravan and we were a little nervous but the owners were incredibly kind and helpful. I must stress how IMMACULATE this site was. I really do mean spotless. The toilet/shower facilities were they nicest I’ve ever seen, smelt beautiful and we were so so impressed. The pitches were very tidy with great space and access. The kids (ages 7, 11,12,13) loved the park. It was full of lots of play equipment including a zip wire that they adored. There was a great little shop in reception with lots of essentials and nice treats too (including doggy ice cream for our furry baby). We didn’t go in the outdoor bar but it looked beautiful and lots of other looked to be enjoying it. We will 100% be booking again for here as it was a stunning park with wonderful staff. Would be great for if you wanted to do day trips to Blackpool or the zoo as everything was on the doorstep but far enough that you got the beauty and tranquility. This also includes beautiful walks around the park itself that our puppy loved. Thanks for a great first touring experience Pipers Height! We look forward to many more visits. …

Absolutely lovely site Easy access 2 mins off Motorway. Reception staff really friendly upon arrival. Pitches large hard standing and fully serviced. Toilets and showers immaculate with hot water. 15 - 20 mins to Blackpool seafront by car (taxi £15) Pub a 5 minute walk away and there is an outdoor bar which wasn’t open whilst we were there but I think opens some weekends

We arrived on Saturday the 1st of October, on arrival we went to reception with a lovely welcome, we have a touring caravan, we were on pitch 25,the pitches are big and spaces and flat, the area is immaculate, you have a small shop which provides all the essentials, you have an outside bar which is open for a couple of hours a night, the only down fall is you have not got any way to eat out onsite but you have the plum tree pub which is only five minutes away by car, we would highly recommend this site to anyone the toilets/ shower are also immaculate .
