Our company has used The City Rooms twice now for the very important 'Long Service Awards' lunch where we celebrate with our staff members for their service years. The staff from the inception of the enquiry down to the event itself are always professional, prompt to respond and nothing is too much trouble. The starters, mains and desserts were spot on, all served promptly with no hitches and the ambient music was superb. What a grand venue for a grand event, can't wait to come back. First class and well done The City Rooms and all it's staff.

We had our wedding here and it was honestly perfect. Our coordinator Taylor was outstanding and she was always so helpful with answering our questions and helped us bring our day to life. She made sure everything ran smoothly and we’re so grateful for everything she did for us. She was very organised and the set up with all the documents etc we needed to populate was very helpful as they provided prompts for things we hadn’t thought about. The only thing I would say you should bear in mind before booking the venue is parking. There are 4 spaces only at the venue and that was quite tricky for us to navigate with suppliers and guests, so do bear that in mind before booking.

We had our civil wedding at City Rooms and it was beautiful. The grand ball room is lovely and the guest really enjoyed the day. Georgia was amazing with everything on the day, making sure everything and everyone were where they needed to be. She has been so accomodating to help us have the perfect day. The whole team did a great job with the set up. Highly recommend for a wedding venue!

We had our review at The City Rooms and everything was exceptional. Beth ran the show and was nothing short of impeccable. I can’t overstate how cool, calm, professional and engaged she was through the entire process. She picked up from a colleague and we genuinely feel so lucky she was tapped in. She dealt with so many last minute changes, rogue family members with grace. She handled random requests well and everything ran so smooth. Genuinely one of the best experiences having Beth at The City Rooms. The wedding would not have run the same without her. Venue is so so beautiful, food was completed over and over and everything was just amazing.

A big thanks to Georgia and the team at the City Rooms for a wonderful wedding day. They made the wedding planning process as easy as could be and we were so pleased with our choice of venue and the support we were given. The food was exceptional and they catered to a wide range of dietary needs. They went out of their way to check in with us on the day and make sure we’d been served food which we really appreciated. We’d definitely recommend booking The City Rooms for an event!

We hosted our University of Leicester Dance Ball at The City Rooms on 3rd June and it was a great event. Everything ran very smoothly, the food was great and the venue is beautiful. A special thank you to Taylor for helping us plan our celebration and to Sam on the operations team that night. Look forward to coming back next year!

We held a celebration event for our staff that this wonderful venue. Georgia and the team absolutely smashed it and made our celebration the best ever. From the event organisation to the food ,the guys took the the headache out of every aspect. I cannot thank those involved enough. If you are looking for a Leicester City Centre venue then I would make this your first call. This would certainly make your Wedding, Special Birthday/ Anniversary or Corporate event an amazing day/ evening.
