Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

My wife and I had 1 night 13th April . Our 40th wedding aniversary and my 78th birthday. We were both pleasant tly surprised. All the staff were great, smiling and friendly. The receptionist did a great job, wellcoming and helpful. But for us the STAR of the show was Ganesh in the dining room. Very helpful, smiling funny and welcoming. He got the kitchen to do us a little tart ( no sarcy comments) . Little things mean a lot. If you do employer of the months then Ganesh should win it hands down.

Not such a good experience. There was poor hygiene and some of the staff weren't friendly when we checked in on the 29th of March. Our room was okay, but the toilet was not clean at all. There was urine at the back of the toilet seat and hair on the floor. Members of staff on Saturday morning that worked by the swimming area wasn't helpful at all when we encountered another guest (a member) who was angry towards us. We were by the jacuzzi at the time and asked the guest's daughter out of curiosity, where are her parents? (and they were by the gym). She was alone in the pool area and there was a notice sign saying that children under 16 aren't aloud in the pool without adult supervision. The parents then came along and started unnecessary drama with us by being disrespectful, when all we wanted was to make sure their daughter wasn't by herself in the jacuzzi. Even two women witnessed what was happening and was agreeing with us, but the parents of the girl claimed that they were "members" and made it seem like they were more superior to us, when even our witnesses were members too, yet we all followed the rules because rules are rules. Eventually, the swimming staff came along and ended up siding with the girl's parents just because they were "members", which is unfair since we are guests too and they shouldn't be prioritised over us just because of that. In the end, we just left it be and one of the friendly, approachable staff members (Isabel), who worked by the receptionist, gave us an apology for what happened by giving us free car park service. We just hope that the other staff members will be influenced by Isabel and be more kind and friendly to their guests.
