Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Doesn't look much from the outside but the rooms are spotless, beds very comfy, loads of hot water and very quiet. Great location with staff that are so welcoming and friendly and can't do enough for people staying or just lost, it feels like a home from home. Excellent value for money.

I chose this Travelodge as it was close to the M1 motorway, near Leicester. Clean, spacious room with tea and coffee facilities. Very comfortable bed in a quiet room and a nice view of fields from the window. The reception staff were welcoming. I’d be very happy to stay here again.

My first time staying here and I was a little worried from reading some of the reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. Great location for a business meeting. The hotel was warm and welcoming the staff all so friendly and helpful. The rooms were very clean and had everything I needed (the bath towels were huge) The outside could do with some attention but doesn’t have any effect on what to offer at the hotel.

Stayed here before and it never disappoints. The surrounding area could do with some work but the hotel cleanliness and friendliness of the staff certainly makes up for it. Rooms were lovely and clean and very comfortable. The afternoon receptionist was very kind and friendly. Will defo book again in the future when the time arises :)

Quick visit on a business trip in the area- I have stayed at the hotel previously, I was met at reception by a lovely lady “Karen “ who remembered me from a previous visit “wow what a memory “ Hotel rooms spacious and clean, the hotel and rooms have that fresh clean smell about it. Nice clean towels and bedding.Plenty of car parking space ,but does need a few of the pot holes repaired. Credit to all the staff that work in the hotel. I’ll be back again.

The room was very comfortable to stay in and the receptionist on duty on the morning shift, was very polite and friendly. We came with our dog, who was given a treat by the staff on the morning of our departure. So the staff are incredibly pet friendly.

I had an amazing stay here. I will definitely be returning! The hotel room was clean and spacious and I was happy with the state of everything! My bed was very comfy. Very clean and the best bit is the fluffy pillows! I recommend this if you need somewhere cheap and handy to stay !
