Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Have stayed at this Premier inn for the past 10 years almost every month. Office is just around the corner and i am able to park up and walk to the office in the morning . Free parking , tidy surroundings , friendly staff , comfortable bed . Beefeater ( the Observatory) is acceptable but needs a bit of TLC. There are other eateries within walking distance.

I stay here every four weeks and the service is exactly the same every time which is excellent. The staff in the restaurant are great. The reception team are fantastic, Emma always does her very best to make sure everything is perfect and nothing is too much trouble for her and the team. There are other Premier Inns nearby but I pay more to stay here because of how well Emma and her team look after their guests.. Thank you....

I was visiting Leicester for business and pleasure and needed a local place to stay. We had access requirements so I spoke to Sharon who was on reception when I called. Upon a late arrival at the hotel I was greeted with a lovely printed note welcoming me and wishing me luck with the event I was booked to attend the following day. The room was warm and contained complimentary biscuits which was a great touch.

Dated rooms but all clean and ok. Could do with a refit really. The bar and staff is very nice. The restaurant was ok, very slow service though. A very good breakfast too. Huge car park which is covered by cctv. A special mention to the staff, all very friendly and a credit to this chain. Highly recommend.

I had a fabulous stay! The room was really clean and the bed was super comfy. Emma went above and beyond to help me and checking in and out was really easy and the treats at reception made it extra special. I Will definitely be back for another visit!
